It was a young ladies first day, and before the transaction the manager left her side to tend to other business, I left thinking I paid because the young lady said I did, then I got calls from U.P.S. so I came back and shared my frustrations w/ the manager but he continously kept blaming the new girl as his answer when IT WAS HIM THAT LEFT SOMEONE NEW to do a transaction alone. I asked him what would happen if i didnt come back, he said then it would just sit here (saying it proudly).....I called back after i left to say dont blame her but now they wont answer my calls. They got a manager that won't take accountability and dodges upset customers. If U.P.S higher ups see this, it is not that young ladies fault, make sure your leadership takes accountability too. Wrote this review right after I left on 9/3/2025 around 5pm

Been coming here for couple years already. One of the best UPS stores I visited in the Bay Area. Wilson went above and beyond to help out his customers. 10/10!

Each time I've visited this location, I've received stellar service from Wilson. It was quite something watching him assist fellow staff members with their policy questions all while being laser focused on our notary service. I enthusiastically recommend him as a notary for his efficiency, patience, and professionalism.

I walk in and one of UPS employees ( Wilson) purposely extends his conversation with a lady that was just asking about a specific thing. She even said thanks I got it but he insisted to do a search and a print out for her. If your think he is giving her a good service you are wrong!! He knew he is taking too long but just wanted to make it longer! The second the second worker called me he immediately called the next customer! Bad service!!

Came here to get fingerprinting done. Was super easy super fast and the people were very nice.
