This is one of the rudest branches EVER! I’ve been in there three times, and each time got worse. The tellers are phenomenal. The bankers are rude, and the security guard is a joke. Five customers in the branch, and all five are at teller windows. I’m sitting in a chair patiently waiting for someone to come assist me. A teller asked me after 22 minutes of waiting, if I needed help, I told her I needed to do power of attorney for my mom, she asked if I had everything, I replied yes. Another 5 minutes goes by and a customer walks in, and walks up to a banker. I’m thinking am I doing something wrong? I got up, and walked down to the other banker who is clearly doing nothing. At one point she was doing what looked like hair, makeup, and social media. The two bankers were talking to one another. When I walked down towards her, she yelled something, and I advised I was before the guy who decided to sit with the other banker. The banker proceeded to get louder, and I told her, next time communicate so I know what is going on. She got loud again. Then the security guard said sir you need to go have seat, and I said to him, you could have prevented the entire situation by asking the customer to have seat because someone was ahead of him. I’m seeing the reviews for this branch and it seems that it will get worse, before it gets better! I won’t be stepping back into poorly operated branch like this one again!

I honestly don't know why I keep on coming to this particular location, I walked in to withdraw more than 10k, they told me that I need to place an order, which I did, I came back after a week no one was able to explain why I shouldn't get my money. I can't wait to talk all my money and close the account.

BE ADVISED THIS BANK AND ALL U.S BANKS ARE A FRAUD! US BANK SAYS IT ISFDIC INSURED, US BANK TAKES THE CLAIM OF FRAUD AND WILL NOT REFUND YOU FOR THE FRAUD BUT THEY COLLECT IT FROM FDIC BANK INSURANCE!!!!!

Going overseas and need access to my safe deposit box, note on door, saying bank closed for "emergency", no other explanation given, left message on voice mail, no response 24 hours later, went to branch again today, still closed for "emergency", called Customer Service 800 number, they have my account info but nothing regarding the branch being closed, suggested I call a nearby branch for possible explanation, I did and was told branch was closed because of flooding, but they had no idea how long would be closed. You would think voicemail would inform customer branch was closed, but no, just asks to leave message and will get back by next business day. Meanwhile I have 3 days to figure out where to stash my stuff if my branch doesn't open by then, a major worry, anxiety with no clear alternative or guidance from US Bank, avoid!

This branch is a joke! Manager always taking time off and never has any information for you! She can’t answer any questions and acts like she has no control over holds of funds! The bank itself prides itself on ruining people lives by freezing their money for months! My daughter and nephew asked to deposit their tax refund because they didn’t have bank accounts and instead of the bank rejecting the deposits, they decided to freeze the money for 3 months then return partial to IRS and flag it for fraud even after I told them they could come into branch and show their IDs! Deposits were in August and right before Thanksgiving they reported it for fraud to IRS…Sad very Sad! If you have the option don’t put your money in this bank! I hired a lawyer and am currently suing US Bank! Hopefully I can get Lali fired!

Horrible service by a banker Justin Cresci. Wasting my time to find the incorrect charge for $2 on my U.S. bank card for more than an hour and half. That was Ridiculous. Confused Frustrated and Disappointed. And I just sat there and can't even ask him any questions. I'm not sure did they went through my background check or credit score to correct that $2 mischarge for an hour and half!!!

I had to stop by this bank every day for three months. Worst customer service I have ever experienced; the staff is rude and disrespectful for no reason. Don't ruin your day, And go somewhere else.

Bad customer service system and not very helpful or understanding. I rarely give reviews to anything but this is outrageous. Even though I’m not gonna close my account here, this is the time I’m switching banks. Their app and online web service crash way too often and it takes up to two days to come back every time. Find banking service else where. We deserve better.
