I made a passport appt on the USPS website ahead of time. Everything went very smoothly at the appointment (no wait, no fuss) and everyone was super nice. There was a notice on the wall that they also take some walk-ins.

Location is convenient, front desk employees tend to be not very helpful; especially if you have to deal with the black lady who works at the last terminal. She’s super rude and most things she says are either condescending, combative, or patronizing. The rest of the staff seem alright, they at least help people with their problems.

Avoid this post office at all costs. The line is always 20 people deep, nobody is prepared, and the employees seem to genuinely enjoy making people wait as long as possible.

I came here for fingerprinting services after trying 3 other places on the same day. Everywhere machines are broken but here. Daly City USPS employees are very diligent and they genuinely care about serving us.

What's the point of having an appointment system if you don't require that people show up prepared? At least 3 groups who didn't have photos of forms filled our, ended up in front of us in timing, even though we were on time and prepared 🤷. pretty bad organization here tbh.
Broken machines, people calling in sick, all sorts of problems here. Go somewhere else if you can.

Horrible Customer Service. I arrived with a return, the lady told me I couldn’t mail it because there wasn’t enough tape. Before I could even ask my question, she set my package aside and motioned the next person in line. The worst customer service I have experienced in USPS.

This Post Office has been a lifesaver for all my shipping needs. I recently needed to send several packages overseas and was able to quickly get them out the door, thanks to the helpful and efficient staff. They guided me through the best options for my budget, and the prices were better than expected. I love that they offer various services depending on how quickly you need your items delivered. It’s rare to find such a high level of service combined with great value—highly recommend!

We made a passport appointment online for a weekday during July. Efficient service and the picturing-taking was easy. They print the photos right there. We had three 15-minute appointments scheduled back to back, but we were out of there early in the time it would take for two appointments. Thank you!

I give them 1 star is for overall service on making a phone call and online. No one answer their phones when you try to call to find which location in Daly City has your package. Online says this address, but the staff tell you otherwise. I talk to someone over the phone about my delivery and I specifically told her if i can be pick up a the post office Saturday Sullivan since they open on Saturday & she yes see you out there Saturday. So I went there today but the reception front says my package wasn’t there’s and it’s in colma 7373 mission I mean hello there close out there that’s the reason I ask in main office Sullivan street. Don't get me started on online service. They suck as well, I have a pre-sign signature for all of my future package. When my package delivered, I still have a note stating attempt delivery. I work all day, I don't get home till 6pm. I don't know how Online ans self service work, but it needs MAJOR improvement. HOWEVER, some staff is really nice and they will help you what you need when asking.

Passport photo appointment was extremely easy. I was called in right on time, and the staff was very helpful.
