Nice people working there. Would give 5 but it always seems to be closed.

The ABSOLUTE WORST.

Literally close this location. Useless workers who lose mail, refuse to work, and best of all are only open for like 3 hours a day. Waste of taxpayer money

This is the worst post office I have ever had to visit or use. For a package they could've easily stuffed into my mailbox, or thrown over my gate, they simply marked it as failed delivery. When I went to go pick them up from the location, they said that one was of them was missing and they would call me back. Not only did I not get a call back, but the package was literally sitting on a shelf that the attendant walked past multiple times. As of 12:36pm 5/1/23, they have lost another one of my packages and refused to answer their phone even though they hadn't went on lunch yet. It's annoying that this is the only post office I am able to send my packages too, but I am considering getting a PO Box at another location because this location is the worst post office to ever be ran or opened. No team, no respect for packages, and simply just LAZY. I would highly avoid going to this post office, and if you have to use it, prepare for your package to end missing.

I was greeted very warmly and felt like I was helped like a human being. Running errands isn’t always convenient or easy and this young man added positively to my day. I will definitely come back here.

This PO has really bad hours of operation. So I took a gamble and dropped off two packages to the blue bin in front of this PO. Guess what..both never scanned or got delivered to its destination. Sadly I can't be reimbursed bc it's first class mail. Also the local mail carriers here are just haphazardly sending packages to the wrong house. I had to drop off packages to my neighbor down the block bc they were miss delivered to my home. I noticed my mail is not dropped off daily but instead it's sent intermittently. Lastly, yesterday I was expecting a package and it said it was delivered at 7:30 am. The package was never delivered as I was home the whole day. Just this month, USPS lost 4 packages already. USPS use to be soooo reliable. Wtf happened?

They are only open for four hours a day, they really need to put in a self-service kiosk.

Asthetics is not my priority of this place as long as they function as they should as a post office. With that said, their epic fail is sadly due to the poor customer service & lazy workers. I came here with an eBay package that already had postage. I went in line anyway to make sure I get a receipt to prove they got my package because I doubted their capability to properly store my package; that they won't lose it. I also wanted to make sure that the weight was ok as packing stuff might cause weight to go over the original scaled. Therefore, instead of just dropping the package, I decided to wait in their long hideous line. About a 45 mins later...a woman checks my package and prints me a receipt. She had it on the scale & said "it's ok". I doubled checked and said "everything is ok?" She said "yes you can go."... While she points to the door to exit. Days later package is delivered, I get an EXTRA CHARGE during Xmas for an additional $4-5 bucks saying that my package was overweight. What the F***? Is she highly challenged, incompetent or what??!! What's the point of her being there when she can't even do a simple task. Did she just stand there & daze...blatantly starring at the scale while in front of her my stamp says one weight, & the scale says another?? Why didn't she tell me then?? What the....F. What's the point of her putting my package on the scale??? What's the point of me wasting 45 mins in line paying for the parking meter for this?? How pathetic. The only reason I gave 2 stars is one good experience ...long time ago...with another worker that helped me double check my passport documentation for mailing before I sealed the envelope. Very nice fellow. I remember forever. Maybe that person already retired tho.

Came here a few months ago b/c it's in my neighborhood & I had a similar experience to other reviewers- awful customer service, the lady working was really rude and unhelpful. Decided to stop by today & was happy to see a different worker who was much nicer. I wanted to buy a sheet of forever stamps for the holiday but they only had a military dog stamp. The worker said her supervisor was out of town so she didn't know when they would restock but to check other post offices. It's pretty run down but I'll give them another shot in a few months, hopeful they're on the road to improvement!

This USPS office is open weekdays from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm then closes for lunch and reopens from 1:45 pm to 4:00 pm unlike other Bay Area post offices. Open for 4 hours and 15 minutes daily is not a good public service. Do they get a part time pay? I guess not. If this is a private business, it won’t survive with such a scanty service time. How about a new term, “Postal Hours”? It should surely beat “Banker’s Hours”.
