Staff were super helpful and friendly! There's a pretty large collection of Vans items as well as their clearance section too! Value is great! Definitely one of the cleaner bigger Vans I've been to !

I went to the store with my daughter today. And I just put on whatever since I haven't done the laundry cause I was so busy at work and my uncles funeral. The store looked clean and just one other customer with us in the store. As we were browsing we found the shoe that my kid wanted to try and the lady ignored us. And finally a young polite gentleman helped us his name is Tony. So, we were told the size for the kids only go up to 3. And we browsed on the womens and founda shoe she likes there. We asked tony for the size and as we were waiting for the shoe the lady who ignored us earlier got it for us cause she had the young gentleman cashier. Now mind you this lady that ignored us when she was giving us the shoes asked us "if we were going to buy the shoes. "So i replied," if the shoes fits and are comfortable for my daughter of course we will buy it." I got irritated so I asked for her name and her name is Amelia. It's not right how she even asked me that without my daughter trying the shoes on yet. And mind you this is just the 2nd shoes that my daughter was going to try on. We were very clean and put everything back to its rightful place and put the display back. I worked in a shoe store too so I know that I was discriminated the moment we came in. Terrible terrible experience at Vans. This Amelia girl needs to be trained properly.

I had bought 2 pairs of shoes as gifts using my debit card at this location. After discovering that both pairs were the wrong size, I went to return them (within the 60 day policy stated on their website and receipts). As I had work, my mother was kind enough to do the return for me, and I even gave her my card in case there weren't automatic card returns. The cashier told my mother they didn't do credit or debit card returns, and that they could only give her the $210 in cash, and offered no customer service or answers to this strange policy. Luckily my mother was doing the return, but god forbid my shoes had been stolen and returned, someone could have just walked away cash in hand, with the help of this cashier. My visits to this location have always had lackluster customer service and absolutely no bedside manner.

Been in need of a new pair Vans Ultrarange (one of most comfortable lightweight shoes ive ever worn). However I did'nt know the Stonetown Galleria location had closed. Off to Serramonte mall instead. I found what I was looking for and shout out to the attentive and caring customer service reps @Vans. In and out in 15 minutes!

My boyfriend walked into vans looking for a replacement shoe. While roaming around the store, bored and annoyed, a kind and friendly man by the name of Oli convinced me to buy my first pair of old skool vans! Not only did he cater to my taste in shoe, but he brought out other similar shoe types which I decided to take home as well! I'll definitely be coming back!

Pretty simple process. Walked in with my sister to find matching Vans for the new year. We picked out some nice Ultraranges. They're chic and comfy! The employees there were very helpful when we asked them to help us check for our sizes since we didn't see them on the shelves. The checkout process was smooth, quick, and simple. Staff was friendly. Will come back for new pair of Vans when we need some! :)

I went into Vans and everyone was so nice! I came into the store not really looking for anything in specific, but Julia introduced me to Tori. I don't know what the last review was about because Tori was the one that helped me out. She was very knowledgable and so kind and helpful that I ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes! I definitely recommend you getting help from Tori. She was all smiles and so sweet. Can't rave about her enough! Definitely coming back for her great customer service! Hannah helped me at the cash register and was prompt in her all around service. I ended up donating and getting a reusable bag from her because of her fun conversation.
