HIRE MORE BANK TELLERS!!! Jesus Christ its the same thing every week! The line is out of the door and it's starting to take 30+ mins just to cash a check. I'd expect this from Bank of America but I left them for Wells Fargo because Wells Fargo used to have bank tellers always available. Now it's becoming as trashy as Bank of America. Is management actively trying to lose customers or what????

TRUST all of the reviews that say this specific branch is so slow. I've been into this branch a handful of times (to deposit for a business) and every time they have a long line and always only 2 bank tellers available. You're lucky if you see 3 of them. I don't know why, and I don't understand why there are also so many people just walking around instead of jumping behind the counter to help out and reduce the long line. This branch does not focus on customer service. This is the LAST time i'm going to this location.

I've worked with banks for many years, and understand that 1-2 employees aren't the reflection of an entire company. However at this branch, there is a culture of absolute grotesque rudeness, by too many names to even mention here (management included). Due to an error in the WF fraud department (an error by Wells Fargo, not mine) I was instructed to rush to a branch, and the manager would vouch for me as a WF client. I arrived at 5:05pm (five mins after they closed), and kindly asked the young man manning the door if I could just speak to the manager for 1 min. He (Andrew) refused to call her. As customers continued to exit the building, he simply would refuse to even listen to my request. Eventually Vanna (who says she isn't a manager or supervisor) allows another customer to leave. I begged her to at least listen to my request, but she said they were closed and simply wouldn't not even say "I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do..." WF made a mistake, this branch made it worse, and I am taking my commercial and personal accounts elsewhere. I'm sure there are many other banking institutions who will gladly work with us.

Honestly, unless you have a spare hour to wait in line, I would suggest going to any other branch besides this one. What bank in their right mind would only have ONE teller open on the last of the month?!!! Unlike, before were if you had a simple non cash deposit, you could see one of the bankers at the desks. Now you're forced to wait in long lines that go outside the bank!! I noticed several other tellers, but they were doing busy work behind the scenes. This is the most frustrating experience I've ever had. This is a huge branch with minimal customer service. You have much better options going to any other branch since they have more than one teller open, especially on payday when there is a large influx of customers. Save your time and patience. Go elsewhere or better yet switch to another.bank. The ONLY reason I go here is because I have to do direct deposit to pay my rent. Otherwise, I would never go here.

Sandra ( I hope I am spelling her name correctly) helped me today . Oh my Goodness. She is adorable. So friendly, so kind. Very welcoming. I went there for the first time to just cash out a check and my interaction with her took almost 10 minutes. Because she wanted to make sure if there is anything else she can help me with my banking needs and she did . They are going to call me to help me with a loan . She deserves a promotion.

There is more people walking around than to tellers. There is only two teller desk open while there are 17 people in line. It is 2:25pm, only two tellers available sounds nonsense for a busy branch.

Irma was fantastic in helping me set up my account. She was prompt, friendly, and thoroughly explained each step in the process she took to set up my account. Hopefully I get to continue to work with her each time I go into Wells Fargo :)

I'm overall happy with Wells Fargo in general. I've never had any issue since becoming a member in 2005. Each location is a bit different. This one is a convenient location for me. The tellers are always friendly. The biggest improvement needed for this place is the number of staff snd the deployment. Today there was no line. Usually there is, and it extends out the door and around the sidewalk. The wait times can get long. This location needs to be more aware of busy customer times and have a better sense of urgency when it's busy.

Slow as molasses! Only 2 tellers during peak hour and the line to get into the bank is going around the corner. Furthermore, these tellers are not conscious of the long wait. You can hear them having a conversation with the customer at the window as if those of us waiting don't matter. Customer Service here is a FAT ZERO!

Review is from a few years ago: was in my early 20's and wanted to talk to a banker about opening a roth ira with wells fargo. Basically the person I spoke to said I don't need to open one and told me to go on my way. Lost the opportunity to contribute for a few years until my tax person encouraged me to try again.

The staff at this WF location are amazing! Last month I came in to handle a situation that went horribly wrong and the staff that worked with me were absolutely wonderful. They were with me every step of the way to come up with a solution. Thank you to the staff for being patient and working with me!
