I don't know what happened here in the last 5 or so years, but this location has gone WAY downhill! I used to know I could come here and get things done within minutes with friendly tellers behind the counter. Not anymore! Its 4PM and there's only 1 teller and a line wrapped to past where the safeway cash registers end? Ridiculous! Hire more people or close the branch! This location has become so unbelievably unreliable they make Wells Fargo look terrible. Do better!

Very bad service they have staff member talking to each other or texting on there phone but don’t want to help customers I went there Friday to do wire transfer they told me come tomorrow I went back on Saturday told me we don’t have banker today even there so many peoples siting there today Monday I went again guess they said we don’t have banker nd I told them there is so many staff member there after that they telling me do I have appointments

They often have just 1 teller working, and a line of even 3 or 4 people can take a long time. I understand staff shortages since the pandemic began 3 years ago -- but why would you have 1, maybe 2 workers in the middle of the day on a weekday? (This was Monday at 1:45 pm). Very disappointing. I've gone here a number of times and rarely do I see enough tellers.

I come to give bad review. Look at the review evey thing is right. Some people is rude that right. I go the bank to talk a someone stole my credit card the Philippines old lady said they can't do nothing about that what a joke?bank can't do renew credit card??

I read that Wells Fargo helps notarize documents. So I setup an appointment with their Daly City-Mission branch in Luckys. I received a call that their notary person is on holiday but they do notarize documents. I cancelled that appointment and set an appointment for this branch, inside Safeway in Westlake.I went there the next day, and the lady behind the counter simply said sorry we do not notarize non-Wells Fargo documents. Ugh! If they would've made it clear on the website, or on the phone, I wouldn't have waited a day or made a trip to an alternate location.Overall, Wells Fargo is sub-par, and with the recent change in products, charges ridiculous monthly fees for services that Discover and other banks offer for free! Avoid, esp. if you have forgotten the scandal where Wells employees opened fraudulent accounts for their customers to meet their sales quota.

Bad service from Wells Fargo bank, 25 minutes of waiting to be able to get money, and the person tells me they don't have 5k in hundred bills, and they pass me in worse twenty bills, that's a big s**** I have been doing business with them for over 15 years.

Amazing customer service! Wilma helped me and made sure I got to my appointment and also she was hilarious! And also the manager was great too! Overall, a great experience :)

If you can don't bank with Wells Fargo! They have the worst customer service here. Ten people in line and two tellers working! Thanks for showing how much you value customers!

the bank's management does not take preventive measures against covi-19. I hereby express my concern and dissatisfaction with the bank. since they have three (ATM) together without protection to the covi-19 and without the (6) ft of distance. I believe and consider that if the bank's management cannot see the welfare of its clients. it is not a good administration.

It's too bad don't use it try to use my debit card today but it's doesn't work I call the 24 hours service but it's not 24 hours actually told me the bank it's close after that I try the International number it's work I give the supervisor all the security he want but he told me the office in the bank close you can't get cash or use your card now you need to wait to the morning I was in the highway I need to but gas and I need to get my medication from the pharmacy but I don't get nothing because I can't use my debit card and I have enough money to use I wanna close my account tomorrow in the morning no more Wells Fargo it's a bad bank and bad service
