Comcast/Xfinity has a problem with 3rd party email providers not connecting, and they do not know how to remedy. They do not answer the phone with and technical support,...round and round with Press 1, or Press 2,..and back again..they do NOT answer the phone. Spent 4-hours when somehow they called me...they could not fix their software glitch from 1-year ago that blocks password for 3rd party email (Apple Mail). Sad

Had to come to this location to return my cable box. I decided to cut the cord and cancel my cable service. We only use their fastest internet especially since all we do is stream. All we do is watch YouTube, Prime Video, Paramount and Netflix. No problem. Just returned and that was it. Service was excellent. Had to wait around 5 mins before someone helped me.

I went to the store and canceled my service in November cuz I was moving and they assured me and my wife that it was canceled card was off file and everything! Today I get a phone call that the cancellation never happened I was stilled charged on my credit card and my card is overdrawn now on the phone with them now telling me that I will not be refunded at all!!! I’m beyond angry!!

I came this store in Feb to cancel my mobile line with the help by an agent called Jose. He told me the line was cancelled successfully and my credit card info would be removed from my file. Since then, my credit card was still charged monthly by xifinity. I came the store again, same agent, Jose told me I should talk with xifinity mobile and he told me the store could not remove the credit card info, which is totally different as he said 2 month ago. Such an unprofessional agent.

There seems to be a complete disconnect between Xfinity Comcast’s online sales team and their in-store staff, particularly at the Xfinity Serramonte location. I visited today to pick up a modem for internet and streaming services after completing my transaction online. However, the experience was incredibly disappointing.
The sales associates—a Middle Eastern-looking woman and a man—were shockingly hostile. When I informed them that I had already handled everything online and was simply there to pick up my modem, the man abruptly told me to step away from the counter after I mentioned that I hadn’t been informed of any additional charges. They refused to connect with the online sales team or even offer me a detailed explanation just because my transaction was processed online, and it seemed like they were unhappy about not securing the sale themselves.
The service was appalling, but thankfully, I quickly switched to AT&T’s fiber optic service instead. The customer service at Xfinity Comcast (Serramonte Mall) was disgraceful, and I hope management takes action by hiring staff who are professional, customer-focused, and willing to assist all customers equally—regardless of race.
The guy told me to step away from the counter so he could attend to walk in customers as if online customers were not a priority.
In this era when brick and mortar stores are closing all around you. You have this audacity to be this dismissive? Never again.

Long waits. Not enough staff. Would be easier to drop off cable boxes to return. Front desk should be able to handle that request instead of making customer wait so long

Surprisingly had a great experience at an Xfinity store today. Went in to swap my xfi gateway for a newer model and was in and out in 3 mins.
I was expecting some upselling or trying to get me on new plans or what not but was efficient and painless. Thanks!

I advise Xfinity review this branch. I was provided misinformation regarding the status of my account, then based on that information took action only to get sticker shocked by the changes that had been done to my account.
If I had been given the right information I would have done things differently and now that I’m locked into a contract based on wrong information I’m having to pay more. Worst of all, the staff here although verbally empathetic did nothing to make me whole except waste 2 whole days of mine.
The kicker, I was finding better Xfinity deals while on Xfinity.com researching in parallel with the staff than they were. A clear sign they were trying their best.
Needless to say, I will advise everyone I know to stay away from Xfinity moving forward.

Tried to look for better internet deal since I've been with comcast for 25 yrs. The lady wasn't very helpful so the following week I canceled my package of $300 bundle and gone with Astound which only costs $55 for internet. Comcast wanted over $150 for the same package from Astound. I'm guessing losing long-term customer doesn't matter to comcast.

No one ever answers the phone you can’t get to speak to a human person. The computer hangs up on you. Maybe you guys should spend time fixing your customer service
