Today was my first visit to AIM Mail Center in Ocean Ranch. The two people I interacted with were helpful and cheerful. My transaction was handled quickly and efficiently ... they even taped by box closed! I'll be back!

Wow! The Dana Point AIM Mail Center was able to do what no other print shop could do for me. Literally. I called twenty other print shops and no one could match the existing museum placards that I needed printed up. And they were so helpful too! Chelsea went out of her way to match colors and textures to get my plaques dead-on perfect. Six stars!

the best mail center to work with! i won't go anywhere else! their printing services are wonderful too! affordable and the employees are so helpful!I'm back... I can't say enough about this business and those working here. Jimmy always goes above and beyond for our business and I won't go anywhere else because these guys are the best. I also like that so many of the employees have been there for so long! Which is nice because you get to know them real well!

Had a very important package delivered by DHL to my mailbox here. Tracked the shipment and after confirmation from DHL, came to pick up, only to be told that nothing had arrived. After a lengthy discussion, I was told affirmatively by the employee that the DHL delivery confirmation was incorrect. So then I called DHL while I was at the mail center and obtained the name of the person who signed for the delivery, which happened to be the same employee who told me that nothing had been delivered. Then another employee went looking for the package and found it in the outgoing DHL box. Basically he received my package threw it back into the outgoing DHL box and then told me straight out that nothing has been received. No one even bothered to apologize or explain. This is ridiculous for a business with its only job to handle mail. This business cannot be trusted. I will be moving my account to another mail center.

the staff is always so friendly! it’s nice not having to go to different locations for different drop offs. i DO wish they accepted QR codes for Amazon returns (UPS). Maybe one day!
