The store only has one employee working. I first stopped by before 2:30 PM and it was closed for lunch. I came back and he was helping someone else forever and let me know he has a 5PM appointment, so I may never get my few questions answered. Maybe I'll stay with T-Mo.

Trinity helped me twice at this location and she is amazing. She provided me with efficient and excellent customer service even with a line full of people. She is attentive, polite, calm and professional. I am so grateful she was able to help me quickly with a new number and issues with my work phone texts. She deserves a raise because she’s an expert at what she does and is great with people. I will be recommending her to all friends & family. AT&T is very lucky to have Trinity working here! Only one person working in this facility. It’s every time I’ve been here. Over an hour wait. And then they say maybe you might want to check back. Gosh how does a business stay open. Once they have time to help you they are very nice. But…. Taking hours to fix a phone issue is crazy.

I had a great experience at the Dana Point store this evening.. Trinity was who helped me and she was SO helpful.. the store was just about to close and she assured me she would get my phone up and running… I had lost my phoned 2 plus weeks ago and had just received it… and had to go to the store to activate…she was very kind and so helpful. Thank you SO much Trinity!!

Reese was an absolute superstar! After spending over 20 minutes with multiple 611 AT&T customer service agents, and them not calling me back as agreed because of a horrible echo, I called the Dana Point store. Fortunately, in less than 10 minutes, Reese was able to help me install an esim to resolve my problem!

I had such a great experience when I went to the ATT store by my home. The young man, Noah, was so helpful. He was able to assist me answering all my questions, polite and very knowledgeable! I have used other carriers in the past and they were never helpful. Thank you Noah!

The AT&T store in Dana Point I visited has engaged in fraudulent practices, deceiving customers. I filing a fraud report with AT&T after paying for 10 months on something that was falsely misrepresented .The salesperson falsely claimed I was eligible for an upgrade and a free line, but AT&T has been charging me $70 monthly for the extra line. I've had to resort to filing fraudulent charges against this store, as it appears to be a recurring issue - even affecting another friend who visited this store .It's baffling how such deceitful practices allow a company to remain in business. I would not recommend this store .
