The AT&T store in Dana Point I visited has engaged in fraudulent practices, deceiving customers. I filing a fraud report with AT&T after paying for 10 months on something that was falsely misrepresented .The salesperson falsely claimed I was eligible for an upgrade and a free line, but AT&T has been charging me $70 monthly for the extra line. I've had to resort to filing fraudulent charges against this store, as it appears to be a recurring issue - even affecting another friend who visited this store .It's baffling how such deceitful practices allow a company to remain in business. I would not recommend this store .

My experience with Reese at this AT&T store was unprofessional from start to finish. She displayed a shocking lack of basic customer service skills. There was no effort to address my concerns, let alone understand them. Her communication was baffling, and it seemed like any pressure completely overwhelmed her. Simply put, she lacked the basic skills and empathy required for the job. Her interaction left me feeling frustrated and my business not valued at all. Unless the management drastically improves their staff training, I strongly advise taking your business elsewhere.

I wanted to upgrade my phone and worked with Trinnity to do so. She was super patient with me and really knowledgeable when talking through the pros and cons of the various phone options I was looking at. She made sure I had a full understanding of how my billing was changing and while I thought I would be at the AT&T store for hours, I was in and out in no time. Thank you Trinnity!

I needed to upgrade my phone and trade in - Elias made the process so simple and quick.I also witnessed him interact with frustrated customers with incredible grace and patience - even when said customers began to get verbally aggressive.Thanks for all the help and care you provided me with! I would never have installed my own screen protector with such rigor. :)

I had the absolutely BEST visit ever at an AT&T store today working with Robert at the Dana Point location. He was extremely knowledgeable, over-the-top helpful, friendly, and proactive in helping me in EVERY possible way with my new phone upgrade purchase as well as my AT&T service. I have a family of 3 young men his age, and I must say, Robert's professionalism, maturity beyond his years, and go-getter style make for an exemplary example of a sales person! This location should be on the lookup, as he is surely going to become a leader in his field quickly! To say I was impressed was an understatement, and I want to make sure Management realizes the incredible customer experience working with Robert so he can be recognized. I have a first career background in IT networking hardware sales with Cisco Systems in the late 90's and I will tell you that Robert's sales savviness is right up there with some of the best IT tech sales reps that I worked with at Cisco. Robert also built customer confidence by saying "If you have any issues with anything, you come back to me directly and I will take care of it" and handed me a business card with his number on it. He additionally followed through with a text afterwards thanking me for my business. Talk about a class act! Robert may be young but the world needs more Robert's in the work place- he's a super star and made me WANT to do business with him and the store. Thank you for the great hire, and for the best experience that made me leave with a huge smile and restored faith in "kids" his age! What is often a long dreaded appointment at the cell phone store tuned into a great afternoon and overall fantastic experience :) Thank you!

Wowza! I walked in hesitantly to the store because I had a problem with my cell data not functioning had a pyramid w exclamation point signal next to the WiFi signal. So, walk in and a nice young man by the name of Noah politely addressed me, registered me, and quickly diagnosed my phone. He researched my profile and found I was ready for an upgrade, noted my LLC would help me save money on my account and scoured my plan to get me the best deals and savings. His patience and eagerness toward satisfaction was outstanding and certainly appreciated in this day and age of depleting customer service. What a pleasant experience at ATT Dana Point CA.

I have been an AT&T customer for more than 30 years. In all that time, I have not experienced better service than what Reese provided today. She was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and considerate. Upgrading phones can be a laborious process, but Reese made it easy and pleasant. I highly recommend working with her for any of your needs. She is great!

We visited your store about two years ago. The person we worked with recommended that we open up a fourth line to lower our bill. Unbeknownst to us that fourth line was charged the phone that we were buying our daughter. So now our daughter goes to get a new phone and because the line was listed under the fourth fake line, she’s told that she’s ready for an upgrade and can get $1000 off of the new phone. But that’s not really the truth because the phone she’s turning in Is not listed under her phone number, so we won’t get $1000 offer unless we pay off the phone she turned in. I feel like AT&T was very deceptive. Took an hour long plus phone call with Matt at AT&T loyalty to straighten this mess out that this store created. Also, adding another line increased our bill rather than decreasing our bill as they said at this store location.

Needed to return for some support from ATT after buying a phone Dec 27 th 2023 from ATT in San Juan Capistrano. Short story I had to go to the ATT store in Dana Point late Jan 10 to get the service I needed. This store in dana point is so much better than the one in San Juan Capistrano. Reese, Robert? and Elias were terrific. Wonderful to find young people who are very personable, professional and knowledgeable. Glad they were there to help me.

The location is the best. I first stopped at the San Juan location and they were no help. At this location a totally different experience. Every thing taken care of with expertise you'd expect from an ATT store.
