Hello, my experience at Auto Zone was very unpleasant, I went to buy a battery two weeks ago and now I want to go change it, they come out sating that they recharge it but it didn’t work, they returned it to me and it turns out that it is weak, it was better to go to the Honda for a new one. And it was even cheaper than auto zone , so I don’t recommend buying at Auto Zone.

The middle eastern guy is a prick. If he wants that business to survive, he should stay in the back, and let employees take care of customer service. They probably can't stand him either.

The rudest customer service, i came in to get some torque converter bolts and i didn't care what the brand says i just needed them because i knew they fit. Neo was the first to help us, he didn't even know how to spell torque so he couldn't find the torque converter bolts until i showed him a screenshot of the actual part on the autozone website. He directed me down the isle to the bolts and when we got to the register my gf's dad had pointed out that it was gm and he didn't know if it would fit but i said i'd rather get them then chance not getting them. But he kept pointing out it said gm. Neo didn't ring me up and kept giving me attitude and saying snarky stuff like "if it doesn't fit then don't get it" or mocking us with sarcasm saying "yea i'd go with common knowledge, it says gm so it definitely only fits gm." Kept calling me a little punk when i told him i wasn't liking his attitude. He was downright weird and only acknowledged my girlfriend which was weird because he didn't stop talking to her last time. pervert

This AutoZone was by far the best AutoZone I have ever been to. The manager Hamid was so helpful and went above and beyond in helping me with not just my questions but with my problems as well. If you need to go to a AutoZone drive the extra miles and go to this store in Dana Point. You will not be disappointed.

I am so thankful yo Mr Danny at the Auto Zone store in Dana Point for helping me this morning with my auto needs. He helped replace the key’s battery and filling up the coolant solution in my car. He did that with his care and his heart to help a customer like me who knows nothing about car!I am thankful to be served by him.SincerelyAileen

I was here before and customer service was great. I needed to get wind shield wipers and they helped me install it too. Came back again today for coolant fluid and Danny was amazing. He helped my mom fill the coolant tank and went above and beyond. Thank you autozone!

José is the best! Part of my engine shield came off while driving on the freeway, causing it to drag and make loud screeching noises. Since mine was metal not plastic I couldn’t just rip it off and being in a leg brace post ACL and Meniscus surgery I was unable to get underneath the car. I had attempted a couple places before hand, but they said I had to go to the dealer no one else would be able to take it off and tried to help in the meantime by sticking the detached piece underneath something else, but it didn’t work or either and then going to the dealer but it was a Sunday (8/27) so all the mechanics had left and no one else there could help out. Fortunately enough I was able to get to Autozone and José came to the rescue! Instead of just saying to wait for the dealer tomorrow or he couldn’t help he took his time to assist me and said he’d try to get it off. He manually jacked the car up and got underneath my car to be able to take off the entire engine shied. Mind you it was very hot well over 85° and he was in the sun the entire time while having to go from one side to the other manually jacking up the car putting it back getting all of the other clips/screws off. He went above and beyond to help me, could’ve easily stopped when the 1st jack wasn’t able to lift up the car high enough reach the clips but he found a way by getting another one todo the job. If it wasn’t for José I would’ve been stuck in that area over 70miles away from home because it wouldn’t have been safe to drive the car in the condition it was on the freeway. I hope his managers see this and give him a raise/promotion because he deserves it! A hard worker and kind soul that I was blessed to cross paths with ??
