Not sure why they reopened this branch. New people have no clue. I was depositing a lot of cash at the ATM done the street and that machine was having some problems so I came to this branch to use their machines and was surprised they had reopened inside for customers. I walked in and I was the only customer inside walked up to the teller and said I wanted to deposit cash the machine down the street having problems. His response was you can go out and use our machines! Lazy!I said no you have the machine that reads it in seconds the machine outside takes long time if you have lots of cash. His response was ok but you need to fill out deposit slip but I said I'll insert card you can put in machine, easy. He said I had to go to my app to give him account number and fill out deposit etc. This guy had no clue and very condescending. I just walked out. I go to Dana Point BOFA off Golden Lantern and PCH and those tellers understand give them the card you put pin in give them cash they put on machine ask you if this is correct they give you receipt your out in 4 minutes. Stay away from Ocean Ranch BOFA if you don't want to pull your hair out.

I was so excited this branch was back open. I’ve been in twice and unfortunately they’ve been so under staffed it’s not worth the visit. I couldn’t get cash today because there is only one person that is able to handle cash (in a bank) and she was at lunch. There were four other employees available but none could provide services. Save time and go to the larger branch on Crown Valley!

Drove all the way over here and they were closed randomly at noon on a Thursday. I don’t have time to drive from bank to bank, hilariously the question I was going to ask was going to help me determine if I was going to continue banking here or move my account to chase. Easy decision as I can’t get inside the building ?

Don't believe it! "We're here to help" states the Bank of America website, re: COVID-19 Pandemic financial help but they don't. The representative, I just finished speaking with, gave me reasons why they could not help, with reasons, I explained, that were not true. It didn't matter. A long time customer for decades gets turned down even though Bank of America claims "We're here to help" Those are just buzz words, in my opinion, words that hold no meaning. I wonder though, just who are they "there" for, if not their long time customers who have a solid payment history with them, and who have fallen on hard times through no fault of their own.

This is a convenient BOA location and has one drive thru ATM in the back of the business. It's in a busy complex with lots of restaurants, grocery stores and even a Yogurtland. i've been to this BOA location several times and it's not all that busy. i'll be back again down road again. There's also lots of parking if your preference is to go inside.

This Dana Point Bank of America Branch is mud. ... I will very seriously think twice before increasing my business at Bank of America. The Aliso branch is much much better. In fact it is almost like a different bank entirely. I feel so sorry for the Merrill Lynch person trying to attract business in the branch.

This is by far the SLOWEST and LAZIEST of any B OF A branch I have ever visited. This is very close to my home, but as of today, I wouldn't ever entertain going into this branch again. While there was only ONE teller available, I literally saw a worker flirting her a** off with a co-worker saying, 'I'm going to stand at the door (of his office/cubicle) in case more customers come in, because a line is forming'. Yes, she chose to entertain a co worker, vs creating a new open teller line. This was at 4:00 pm ish on a Tuesday, January 7, 2020.

This is the WORST BANK EVER! They contradict each other, one person says one thing and another will say another. The customer service is atrocious and the supervisor Luciana is the worst of them all! Closing every account I have with this disgusting financial institution

If I could give them negative stars I would. This is the WORST branch of all Bank of America's around Orange County. The tellers and staff are extremely unfriendly and always have a look of disgust when you first approach them. The staff is very unhelpful and gives the wrong information. This is the second time I have reported them to Bank of America headquarters. If you can avoid this branch and go to any other I would highly advise doing so. Don't let this miserable staff ruin your day. Someone needs to retrain them on customer service or hire all new people.

Worst customer service, Janet had the worst attitude, when I asked for bank rolled quarters and not customer rolled quarters she just told me to count them out right there, then I asked again for bank rolled and she said she doesn't have any. Never tried to be accommodating or apologetic. Wish I would have read these reviews prior to going in. Will not return!
