Great location! Less than a 5 minute walk across the pch and you’re in the sand on the beach. Mexican food on one side of the property and sushi or Hawaiian/bar on the other!

Stayed here for a week, the staff are super helpful and kind. One worker went downstair to get me a bag to put ice in so I could ice my knee. The rooms are old and need a bad overhaul. The bathrooms really need a new updated shower.

Be aware they will add a resort fee at check in and not when you book it online. Pretty shady behavior. All rooms are also not the same. Some are updated with much better options available such ad additional tv etc. Also in our last 5 visits free bike were available and free coffee in the lobby. Lost some perks and now pay more. Shame we will find a new regular San Clemente stay.

This place is quiet and easy. Not a bunch of fuss and buss. Just what my family needs and appreciates. CLEAN, they continue to update and renew the property as time allows and they are ready to just be there if we need them..
If anything we could maybe provide that the hospitality room get a few more things to do and update it a bit as we never go in it... Its kinda in need of additional activities and maybe new furniture. ??

We own a timeshare here and love the location and units here. They offer umbrellas, chairs and pool toys to share with guests.

Great place. They just remodeled the rooms. They have a cool 24/7 text messaging service. Also, it’s just a few steps from the beach! A bunch of stores close by.

We won’t be back unfortunately. Staff was great. We had knats in our sink, air conditioning leaked/ was so noisy couldn’t sleep, smoke detector battery low went off in the middle of the night, etc.

We love this place! We've been coming here for years and now bring our kids and grandkids. The staff is wonderful and the location is convenient and close to many beach towns and local attractions.

Nevine was awesome. Made our first experience even better. Friendly, accommodating and made sure we were well taken care of. She is a gem of an addition to your hotel.
The general manager and her husband were also super welcoming and spent time giving us pointers on what to do while we were in town.
