They let people's gross pet dogs inside on the carpet. The carpet is stained (probably because they allow people to have their little pet dogs inside) who are NOT service dogs. It smells gross in there! Good luck if you have allergies! This is a pharmacy. Enforce no pet dogs! Also, there's a line 5 people long with one cashier and employees are stocking items and not helping check out. Stood in line for 15 minutes. Cashier was very slow

At first my prescription was incorrectly calculated at more than $10 above actual cost. I was asked to wait 5 minutes to correct the error. No problem. The next representative to check me out,Isabella, rang up the prescription and an additional item to which I had a 50% coupon on my phone. She tried the coupon and said it was invalid. She instructed me to go to the front of the store to ring that item up. When I asked why she said because she would have to redo it on her register. I did not feel like waiting in yet another line and told her no, problem, I will wait until she re-rings up my item. She repeatedly refused and gave the response that there was a customer in line behind me. I had waited my turn patiently and felt I should be served without waiting in another line. She finally, adamantly said I am not going to help you and stood just staring at me. It was very strange behavior. I refused to leave and said well then maybe he will ring me up, motioning to the customer service rep standing behind her. The pharmacist asked her to go to the drive up window and the young man rang me up using the coupon on my phone. Why couldn't she do that? I was being patient and polite. It was an odd feeling to be refused service in that way. I truly feel there's a place for everyone in our society to work together. Isabella doesn't belong behind the pharmacy counter as a customer service rep unless she is counseled and complies with professional customer service care. This was be ZERO STAR rating if it was an option.

Pharmacy staff are so rude & they never have the drive through window open. Such a liability for sick people. Don't bother having a window.

Update : Changing this to one star due to the fact they have now took away the women's restroom. They only allow the men's restroom which is one stall for the entire building and REEKS of urine. Very very strongly. And shocker , there was no toilet paper.... maybe they are stuck in 2020 and still think there's a toilet paper shortage ? Also extremely filthy in that bathroom and I visited a few days ago and after waiting a few minutes in line for the bathroom i walked in and found what i feared to be poop smeared on the wall in the initial of an "R". No soap in the bathroom either. I also was waiting after picking up medicine and sunscreen and I watched a cashier literally belittle an elderly woman who was obviously confused on why she couldn't purchase tylenol at self checkout. I felt so bad for her I had to step in and explain her that it's an age restricted product because the cashier only yelled at her but wouldn't take the time out of his day to explain exactly why.

With all the closures of pharmacies, service has gone out the window. CVS goes to all the trouble of texting you link to expedite pick up your prescription. Unfortunately when you arrive a the pharmacy they don't honor the posted sign of skipping the line if you have already checked in. You wait in line like every one else. And with so few pharmacies, the lines are very long.

The pharmacy has gotten better and better. They told me they hired more people and this has made a difference. I used to go to golden lantern cvs but now I've changed to monarch beach and it's much better.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. The Pharmacy does not communicate properly with you, they act like they could care less about you and the other day seemed annoyed I was picking my medications up because it was before they were closed, um, they were STILL open it was 10 minutes away from their closing time?? Terrible service, run, don't walk to somewhere else!

A script for a monthly refill kept getting sent to a different pharmacy and I called here to get it fixed and they got back to me
right away and changed the reoccurring script for me.
