I like this CVS location , it's quick easy and clean. The only down side is every single time I come here , there is no toilet paper and either no toilet seat overs or running very low on them !!! I tend to visit this location after work to grab my medicine or miscellaneous things since it's on my way home. I prefer not to use the restroom at my work after I clock out , I like to clock out and run far away as many people can probably relate so before I grab the items I need at CVS i make a pit stop to use their restroom. The first couple times i thought it must be a crazy coincidence but it's obvious now that they don't have someone doing hourly restroom checks like most places, and when you think about it that's kinda gross. Most of the time when I let a worker know there's no toilet paper they grab it quickly but last time I was met with an attitude and actual eye roll by a young woman working the makeup section who seemed annoyed that I informed her there was no toilet paper. Also took her almost 10 minutes to supply the toilet paper , imagine if someone had Crohns or a stomach disorder where they can't hold it and ended up having an accident because they had to wait 10 minutes for toilet paper....

Halloween is really my favorite time of the year. So when I saw this skeleton figure I knew I had the perfect place for this little guy. The price was a bit high for me to buy it so thought I'd wait a few days before Halloween when they start getting rid of seasonal merchandise. I spoke with Gene, one of the managers there and asked when it would be going on sale. He said they'd probably discount it after the 31st and maybe even the following weekend. He was so accommodating and helpful. Thinking that it would look great on my patio for Halloween night, I called him a second time and asked him if there would be any possibility of grabbing it that night and offering him 50% off. He knew I was pretty persistent in wanting it so he accommodated my request and asked when I could stop by. Within 30 minutes, I loaded him into my car, got the candy and set him up to greet anyone who came by the front door. Thank you Gene!! I appreciate this kind of customer service. CVS has some great seasonal decorations. Who knew?!

Every time I come here the pharmacy people are always really rude. The lady Manar made sure to mention really loud what I was picking up. Going to be taking all of my business else where because this is the 4th time I have had a bad experience at this pharmacy.

Not even a one star. Doctors are calling this pharmacy text messages to patients as "lying". Apparently they can't get their act together. Even after three business days they can't even have generic aspirin ready! And ignore eRx from doctors. Attitude is we do not care as we are the elite Pharmacy, " you need us, we don't need you". I'm a shareholder of CVS. I guess. Karen is not as good a CEO as I thought. And I switched from another pharmacy to support CVS. This pharmacy just made a fool out of me. No wonder they say our system is broken. This pharmacy does not even know why their system / procotol is broken or Cate to fix it.

The last experience I had at a CVS was super negative, but credit being given where credit is due is the name of the game. Stefan, the pharmacist on Sunday, was polite, pleasant, and more then anything else, went above and beyond for a man in need of a prescription while in the middle of the 3 month waiting period for his new jobs health insurance to Kick in. He found a way to save me over $150 on a script that is something not only very necessary at the moment but always a good idea to have on hand. Super grateful for people like him. And it has brought my opinion of CVS back up from my last encounter.
