Wow, just wow these guys have every single manufacturer in this place. So many clothes, accessories, shoes, surfboards, and a huge section for a little Groms. At least three times a size of any other surf shop in town

First off, we’ve come here for years whenever we come down from Utah for spring break. I will agree with a lot of other reviews, the customer service is not amazing ? they aren’t mean or anything, but it’s a bunch of teenagers with poor people skills that seem to make you feel like they are doing you a favor by ringing you up and answering questions. I really haven’t been helped by a smiling, peppy or appreciative employee there ever.
The clothing is great. Good quality. Yes it’s priced high but you’re buying a brand. We love when they have their fifty percent off sidewalk sales. Their St. Christoffers necklaces are awesome. My boys have had theirs for over a year now and they still all look brand new.
My kids love their sweatshirts. They are great quality and super comfy!

This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at any business in my whole life We camp right across the street from the store at the state park campground quite a few times a year. Every time we go across the street to Jack's and shop and buy stuff and treat our self's so this time i I tried on six things I liked only one item fit so I took the shirt that fit and went to my boyfriend, and he said that we were coming back the next day to buy some stuff he needed a shirt and a boogie board bag so I put my shirt back and we walked across the parking lot to the Arco to buy peanut butter that we needed for our campsite while in the store looking at the peanut butter I look up and there he is the guy from the jacks surf shop, which is in pictured below he says, where is that shirt that you tried on I was mortified in front of everyone in Arco we then got in a full on argument in Arco, I told him I would show him where I put it which was on the same rack that I pulled it out of. We proceeded to go over there. I showed him then I asked him his name he wouldn't tell me. I asked him five times he would not tell me his name and then when he figured out, I didn't steal anything and wouldn't give me his name. He told me to leave the store, I have never been more insulted and more embarrassed in my life and I will be calling corporate tomorrow. I cannot believe it I don't even know his name but here's his picture I'm a palled, and after I looked at all the yelp reviews for this place everyone feels the same. They need to change management here. I can't believe they're ignoring all these yelp reviews. We overheard him talking to kids about how it was time for him to leave. He's been here working too long. it's sad because he ruined my weekend. I was planning on going over there and buying my stuff today. We always do so. We'll find a new surf shop in the area to buy from. Actually we already did while we were bike riding.This Place needs to make some management changes. I'm a manager, and I would never act this way at my job.

Lots of unwelcoming teenage girls working the floor. Management knows this though and instead of providing customer service they follow customers around like stalkers in a useless attempt to catch a thief. Just a bad vibe. Good product. Not worth the negativity.

Terrible customer service. They put signs above items advertising they are on sale but then don’t honor it—the guy made me feel like it was my fault they put signs out incorrectly. He was so rude and made me feel like they don’t actually want customers. The cash out line was ridiculously long. Several people put their items down and walked out because it was all so disorganized. Definitely avoid this location. All the stuff they sell can be found in other local stores with much better service.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Jack's Surf Shop. The staff's unwarranted suspicion towards my family, assuming we were thieves, was both unfounded and ridiculous. We're from Texas and were merely looking for souvenirs, but this encounter prevented us from enjoying our visit. To add to the frustration, a staff member pointed out one of my family members to, presumably, the owner, making us feel unwelcome. This experience has left me thoroughly disappointed, and I have no intention of returning to this location.

Horrible customer service by BROCK. Making fun of people trying on clothes is a no go for me. If you don't want to be judged ....... Do not go to this location. Making fun of my father being happy trying on clothes disgusted me beyond belief.

This place is great! The articles of clothing and accessory are focused on a casual, comfortable, and practical surfing or skating experience. The quality of the products is superb, and I consider this a very reliable surf shop. The only problem I had was that the cashier said she had to get the manager when I asked for change for the gumball machine. Not realy sure what was going on but otherwise, it was great!

Great selection of products if you don't mind paying full retail. However the one star is all about the consistently poor floor service. This has been the case for many years so management.... What is your culture?

Always love it here. Clean organized and friendly workers. Parking is fine. Changing rooms are clean. Could use a few more workers roaming the store in case we need help.

The people complaining about customer service are all old people. They staff are great and personable and the selection here is great.
