“This is the first time I've been to the cell phone repair shop. My wife went there first and had a good experience. So she recommended this place. I'm pretty tech savvy but this issue was more than I could deal with. I walked right in without an appointment and he took care of me right away. I had screen issues and also what ended being a internal component issue also, which was the root cause of all my problems with the cell phone. He figured out the problem. The owner/operator went far above to figure out the issue. Way more than other places I've been to. He was quick, knowledgeable and very transparent. Because he knew i use my cell for business and he understood my need and for that I really appreciated his time and speed. I highly recommend this place to anyone with major issues.”

“The last review I wrote about Metro by t mobile was supposed to be directed at metro's headquarter's management and not towards this San Juan Capistrano store. That is just one store I walked out of that my phone asked me what I thought of it.Bad timing. To be honest, that store is great. Nothing wrong that I can think of and thanks to Monica, the South County, Regional Manager, who was really great and very helpful to me, I was able to speak to Enrique, this store owner, who was very pleasant and very helpful also. It is people like these that make it for Metro by T mobile.To sum it up, this store. It's owner and his employees and Monica Meiloaica, The South County, Regional Manager, are excellent people and Metro by T mobile should consider themselves very fortunate to have these people working for them and I believe any customer that should deal with these people will be getting the best service one can get. “This Target is literally the size of a shoebox! There is no true clothing or home department, if that is what you're after. It's like a drug store with the essentials when on a quick run. But what shocked me the most about this location is that they have the biggest black hair care aisle I have seen at any big-box store ever! Not the three shelf segregrated corner like most places. It was like shopping for candy. I loved it. I highly recommend us textured hair people to shop here because your time will not be wasted.”

“Big clean location with a large open parking lot and plenty of toys inside for the kids. Went there to let the kids each pick out a toy and candy for good behavior. Had trouble with the self checkout and immediately got help from an employee. Location was well kept and pleasant. Prices were reasonable and plenty of sale items as well. I got myself a board game for under $15.”
