Horrible customer service from manager (Denise). This bank uses deceptive practices when it comes to checks/deposits being posted or not, the manager pretty much decides customers fates with a click and blames it on "corporate". Unbelievably, they do not even have a corporate number anymore. If you want to bank, don't do it here.

Been at this branch now for about five years. The previous manager Marlene's was horrible, but Denise the new bank manager is just amazing. I was considering leaving the branch because of the previous manager but I've stayed because of the current managers, professionalism and politeness.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. The manager Denise is terrible, she will make decisions (that she has control over) just to be nasty. We have banked with them for over 35 years but our relationship has come to end. We like to be treated fairly and they do not respect that. (the tellers are all good)

I have banked at PWB for over 15 years. I have found the staff always thorough, helpful and friendly - back then and now. I have not met the new manager.
