Just had to worst experience here. I normally come here and it's been fine and they do a good job but today it was slightly busy and they totally rushed through everything and I asked for a pedicure and all they did was put my feet in the water paint my nails and that's it, no massage or anything. Lastly, the manicure was the worst I think I've ever had. Hey didn't remove any of the dirt underneath my nails and I'm not coming back.

I only go to Richie for my fingernails. Bridal white/pink. Shapes them just how I like them. On the other hand DO NOT let Jenny touch you. Bad polish job, rough, very unfriendly.

This was the worst experience I have EVER had in my life! The lady rushed through my service. I asked for short but not all the way down the where my real nails are. She was scissor happy. Did not even cut a little and then ask if that was good. She just went in and cut all down and just kept going. Never once did she ask me if it was okay or looking good. The work was so rushed and she didn’t give once ounce of care to her work. After she was done she just said okay your done. I went to the front to pay where the manger was standing I asked if he was in charge. To which he stated yes. So, I said just to let you know I’m very disappointed in the way these nails look and it was so rushed. Before I could even finish my sentence, the women came and started yelling at me telling me I should have told her. I let her know I wasn’t trying to argue with her. All I wanted to do was pay and leave. After her yelling at me for a good 3 minutes. Which Rich was just trying to make things right. Saying to let him fix the nails. But who the heck would want to sit there for longer after being yelled at by one of the employees. At this point I was just so upset and needed to get out of there.

They do not use sanitized instruments. Oh they may have used clean instruments on the first client but I have seen them place clippers back in their filthy carts next to assorted papers and pencils. One pedicure was dramatically poor. She did not respond to my hello, the massage lasted maybe 90 seconds and then she was finished and sat in another massage chair and closed her eyes until my manicure was done. Then she asked for a tip. I said no.
