My prescheduled appt. time worked perfectly. I showed up and was taken in within 5 mins. The technician that helped me was engaging, funny and efficient. I was in and out in nothing flat.

I had an appointment and they were 45 minutes late. I checked in at kiosk but there was NO attendant in the draw station. Terrible service.

Many times I go for a tests at Quest (including this time) some of the tests are not included by insurance and Quest does not inform me of this prior to my visit. Then request me to sign a document that I will pay for the tests if insurance can not handle it. This could easily be handled ahead of time. I find this unacceptable.

I use this location often. Today I was in and out in 4 minutes from check in with a code to walking out the door. They take a lot of grief from patients and don’t deserve it. Great job ladies. Awesome work and professionalism!

went to laguna niguel location 1 1/2 hour estimmated wait time . i then went to dana point location on PCH gelsons shop center or monarch bch. center and after filling out form 10min later was processed by very capable person and off i went . she even found my elbow vein which l.n. could never do,

I went for a routine blood draw. The stout, grey-haired staff member in attendance, acted officious put-out, and cranky. Computers and dealing with the public do not appear to be her forte; she was inefficient and slow. She couldn't find my order in the computer, and I was asked to call (and disrupt) my doctor's practice, and request a resend. Meanwhile, someone else was able to locate the order in the computer. While these kinds of glitches are cursory and inconsequential, I found her demeanor brusque and unpleasant. Furthermore, she was hacking and clearing her throat to an extent that made me suspect it was either a nervous habit or a serious infection. Either way, it was unsettling. On the other hand, the blood draw itself was performed expertly and expediently by an upbeat, engaging phlebotomist whose name (as I recall) starts with an M. She is a delight, and thankfully, was able to dispel some of the prior unpleasantness.
