Be sure to check your chicken when picking up from the warm deli section! I picked up a decent amount of chicken nuggets and I got home to realize they were completely inedible. The breading was rock hard and the white mean chicken was just about non existent and grey. Complete waste and the lady had no problem putting them into the bag and giving them to me.

This is the strangest layout I've ever seen! It just doesn't flow! No actual meat department. I never did find cotton balls and didn't see anyond walking around to ask! If there's a layout to follow, look at how Huntington Beach's is laid out!

It is my favorite store, it always has discounts on almost everything. I thought it was very expensive to buy here but it is more expensive. They bought some things from a Mexican store.

What a terrible experience. I bought a lighter and they sold it to me for double the price even though it was on sale I didn’t notice until I was in the car so I returned, and I had selected no receipt in the self checkout lane so I did not have a receipt when I went in and talked to the manager, he looked bothered and did not want to do anything because I did not have a receipt. Thankfully a man named Bob offered to help me and he knew a trick where he can pull up up to five of the latest receipts, so I was able to get my receipt. The manager of course knew this, or should have known, how to help me, and as we were leaving, we also saw them get the man who actually helped me in trouble for assisting a customer in need. Other members laughed :(

Definitely recommend the sushi bar. It is actually a franchise and Jason (owner) is doing an excellent job managing quality, We get sushi there regularly… so good!

TERRIBLE EXAMPLE OF WHAT A MANAGER SHOULD BE DOING the only good worker was Bob who was AMAZING and the only one who helped me when I needed to return an item and didn't have a receipt he knew a quick way to pull up receipts off a machine ( you can only get up to 5 of the recent history receipts ) and I was able to get a return off an item which they had labeled 3.99 and charged me 6.99. Should not have been such a big deal but the man agree genuinely was so unwelcoming and did not want to help and as we were leaving he also got the only helpful employee in trouble for assisting. Wondering how these kinds of people end up as managers instead of the ready to help all hands on workers like Bob!

Worst Customer Service! On New Year's Eve after a long day of work I said Happy New Year to an employee he looked at me and smugly shrugged. I said this is your place of business really. He said nothing until I said did I do something. He said sorry. I went to discuss it with the managers and got basically the same treatment they just looked at me because right before I approached they were all laughing together not paying attention to their store. I had no idea who I was speaking to was it the woman Manager or Male Manager because neither was saying a word, so I put my groceries down and said I'd never shop here again due to the lack of customer service or response. It was awkward having 4 people staring at me. It was unacceptable, I felt discriminated against by all 5 employees. Dana deserves better. I left so upset, I called San Clemente Ralph's and spoke to Victoria immediately she understood. She was kind, followed through and told me it came from the top how employees treat customers and I was welcome at her store any time. I'll shop there instead. I waited 2 days for a follow up with the GM Julie at Del Prado she never called , so I did at 2pm. Her customer service was subpar and confirmed to me why I was treated the way I was on NYE. She treated me like I was an inconvenience calling and didn't care because she deflected the entire conversation by only giving excuses and said sorry. Nothing was discussed about what took place. She is not equipped to drill down to fix issues with staff or customers needs she's rude and lacks empathy. This will continue because if I felt this other customers have experienced it as well. The entire staff needs to be re-trained. It's no surprise the grocery stores are eliminating jobs with machines. They don't seem like they like their jobs or their customers at Ralph's Del Prado. Kroger Corporate needs to visit because they lost my business and I bet more people are shopping elsewhere. Who needs to feel bad on New Year's Eve for being kind. No thanks.

This is a nice supermarket with lots of choices and products. Of course on many products they charge too much. But but I have signed up for coupons so that really helps. The cashiers and crew are always there to help you.

Nice Ralphs with all the amenities in a very nice location. Easy on and out of the parking lot, staff were helpful.
