Bought a pair of rip curl d-bah sandals 3months ago from Dana Point Store. I returned them with a ripped strap for replacement. Assistant Manager said too bad we have a 30day return policy. I said it's not a return its a defective product with a warranty...again too bad.

This review is overdue. We went into the store and Lance was super cool and knowledgable about all the local surf spots and assisted us with our shopping. So happy to have Ripcurl store in town now.
