Was low on a custom match ceiling paint that Id previously purchased from this location. Had the old can so figured it would be a no brainer. I am disabled but still new well enough to double check the equation, which did match. Rolling a pitched ceiling is not easy, even worse when you are done and it doesnt match. The employee USED THE WRONG BASE COAT. Can you not count on anyone to do the right job these days?

Ordered a quart and a gallon of two different colors on the Sherwin Williams website. Had to call since they never clicked the order thru that it was done. This is typical so I knew to call. It was ready. Drove 20 min to the store. Drove 20 min home to have my son say, "Hey, there is no label on the can showing the color!! Wonder if it's even tinted??" Open the cans and nope. No tint at all. Really? Checked my online order and it clearly shows the two different colors that I requested. Drove back to the store and informed the guy that it wasn't tinted. He stated that the stores side of the computer showed no tint. Not my problem I said, your computers are either not working or you don't even know how to fill the order." Never going back to this location. No worth it. Including my price of gas and the time I spent it was an expensive purchase. Very disappointed and wondering if I should have stayed loyal to Dunn Edwards.

Very clean store on Victoria and Doheny Park Road. They have a large selection of paint brushes and paint too!! It's on the smaller side so you're not going to get everything you want as far as supplies. It's good for local shopping!
