I go to Smart and Final often and everyone is very kind. I usually use self check because the line at the checks tends usually have people with carts full. Today I used a check stand because it was empty. The gal who checked me out a beautiful tall blond named Claire had a wonderful warm smile and was very kind! Thank you Claire for making my day! Great price also on sliced cheese!

I agree, Diane you are not accurate. I have been shopping at this store since 1997 and Bernice and Sal as well as many others are always friendly, accommodating and willing to help in any way they can, The store carries an incredible array of products. I shop not only for my family but for my restaurant since 1997 and will happily continue to do so.

Love the workers there, so nice and friendly. It is always a great experience walking in that store. The worker that rang me up was awesome and super nice, keep up the work guys... :) Diane E. I personally I got helped by Cici and she was an awesome young girl, I can personally say that your comment is quite debatable and quite frequently rude.

Diane, it is very rude to spread lies about other people just because you feel entitled. The people behind you know that this is made up. Maybe treat people the way you want to be treated. Also we all know that the people you say were with you were far form behind you... Anyways...

This store used to have excellent service!! In fact there are a few wonderful people still there! But tonight coming thru Paolas line...I asked if she was open she pick3d up the closed sign and threw it somewhere looking pissed!! I said back in the old days a simple answer sufficed and she lied and said she spoke to me.the she overcharged me on a Halloween item one scanned 1.99 the other didnt.it was 11/3/23 and both were candied apples when asking about it she became belligerent and said she couldn't help me then mocked me with I changed it are you happy now?? She proceeded to try to degrade me and said I could always go to another smart n final and said she was the manager!! Meanwhile my husband and and 2 mentally retarded boys were behind her patiently waiting for her to finish this rude tirade..in my 32 years of grocery background I've never seen anything like this and I've been privy to over 9-10 smartn finals all over LA county and Orange it was below except able don't you think Mike Carren??? 2 weeks ago another cashier named CeeCee I believe made me and this poor tired lady wait 15 min to get a price check while another checker opened up and didn't take 1st in line..she also was rude,uncaring and as I finally checked out of another line and was walking out she caught my eyes and openly laughed in my face!! Like something out of a mean girl movie!! What happened to this store?? I've had 3 years of joy shopping here interacting with employees etc... there was much more about 2nd story but would take to long..As for me I helped that poor old lady put her stuff in her car and wished her well I could tell she wasn't well and the experience just wore her out so sad

I'd like to give them a zero, but that is not permitted. We just returned from a horrible experience at this store. The newly installed self check stations were empty. 5 cashiers flocked around them perhaps learning how to operate them. There were 2 full service lines open with at least a dozen customers in line. The lines didn't move. My husband asked Beatrice if one of the cashiers could open up another full service lane. She just shrugged her shoulders. Several minutes later she asked Maria to open up a lane. Maria took two customers who had waited the least amount of time into her line. We lined up behind those customers and told Maria we had been waiting the longest and she helped the customers who waited the least first. Instead of apologizing, she laughed at us. We waited nearly 30 minutes in line. From now on we will shop at the Laguna Niguel store. We will only shop at Capo if we are DESPERATE!!!!
