Very nice and helpful staff! The location was very convenient and they also sell all sorts of cleaning supplies, which I fully took advantage of after my rental was dropped off. The rental process was easy and the truck I got was perfect for the move and clean. I'll definitely keep this place in mind for my future rental and cleaning supply needs.

I cannot thank Scott and his people enough for their help arranging for a large truck 26 feet that could leave Southern CA. Seems like U-haul is having challenges keeping trucks in the state with so many people exiting! He worked absolute magic making sure there was a Truck and car haul trailer available on the day I needed it and was very helpful in loading the car. The truck was very new, clean, and did the job. Thanks again guys!

Professional, kind and friendly!!! I about died of laughter reading the other reviews!!!! I have been going here for the last three years pretty consistently. They helped keep my house stocked with cleaning supplies during the great Lysol shortage, I have rented uhauls from them on three different occasions, all with exceptional customer service, he even helped me put the trailer on my hitch. I always leave this business with a smile on my face.

Stone Cold Steve Austin has really let himself go these days. Terrible terrible terrible customer service. All we had to do was return our truck after our trip. We explained to good ol buddy boy that we initially had a utility dolly we rented, BUT upon loading our truck up we realized it was never provided. We explained that we called U Haul immediately and that a return was processed for us. Mr. Clean was not having it and was trying to charge us an extra $75 or he wouldn't accept our return. He had us call and wait on hold for an additional 45 minutes or so. All for the lovely U-Haul up in Portland to handle and provide insurance in less than 30 seconds. U-Haul in general was great for our move! But this man working @ this location needs to find a new gig. Cool down a bit too. Poor representation for the company.

I rented a truck did my online registration. When i picked up the rental the gas was only half full. So i took a picture of it just in case. Sure enough when i returned it, the "worker" who was busy to even say hello as we walked in asked why we didn't fill the gas. i should have introduced him to my back hand for asking such a stupid question. but then again I'm sure life sucks since he works at a u haul truck rental.

Showed up this morning to rent a trailer for the day, and the guy wreaked of alcohol, and was not all there. At one point, Mid sentence , he stops to pull out and check his personal phone. Showed up to return the trailer at 6:59 and were turned away. We'll go to Home Depot next time or at least another U-Haul place
