Just spent 1 hour and 24 minutes on the telephone trying to get someone to answer and authorize Quicken with US Bank following the transition from Union Bank to US Bank as instructed when online and trying to "add account" in Quicken. Ultimately, NO ANSWER and I hung up. Horrible customer service and may need to move to another bank!!!!!!!!!!!!

I opened two new business checking accounts and a savings account out of the Albertson's store off Pico in San Clemente. It was a monstrous undertaking and I only had 3 days to accomplish all the ACH obligations, credit cards and payroll. Would never have been able to do it under any other banking system but with special efforts by Nolan, the branch manager and Brad, his assistant banker, I was fully operational in less than a week. I can't say enough good things about these two individuals. They did have other customers which required their attention (understandably) but they were able to set aside different times when I could return and we could finish the account(s) setup. They were amazing. I would hire either of them instantly on the spot but they are too dedicated to the bank so I guess my loss is their gain. There has been nothing but problems with this bank since I opened my account. The associates aren't helpful, and don't care about their customers. I'd suggest driving the extra few miles to the crown valley USBANK because they don't make up stupid rules at that location.

This Dana Point location has the worst customer service ! I drive to Laguna Niguel to do my banking the manager is always available ✅No long lines ✅ & excellent customer service✅

Ive been a customer of US bank & this branch in Dana Point for over 10 years. Every single employee is extremely warm, welcoming, and treats (ALL) customers just like family!!! I have never ever had any problems. Previously, I have banked with B of A & Wells Fargo. Theyre horrible. US Bank is a breath of fresh air. Night and Day!!!

This is my main branch and have been going there for 10 years. Julianna and crew have always gone above and beyond to be very helpful and courteous. Highly recommended!

3:30 on a Fri tried to set up new savings and checking, banker leaving at 4pm, was busy, told to come back Sat. Showed up Sat 11am no banker, teller resisted helping me, started requesting I give here my personal info, me speaking thru mask, her 8 feet away, COVID. I was told that was the only way she could assist. speaking my ss#, password, etc in front of 2 other tellers and 2 customers, Really left went to BofA, 3 bankers, helped in a private office,out in 20 mins.

I'm not one to write reviews as soon I walk out the door but the tellers here really need to learn how to at least be cordial. I felt like asking her to check and pay my credit card balance was a huge inconvience. Another teller was using a loud machine and even after asking the teller to wait until she was done, she ignored me. I couldn't hear what she was saying and ended up not being able to resolve what I wanted to do. Not one of the three tellers even cracked a smile as we entered.

I went in this morning to make a larger than normal withdrawal. Though it is a larger than normal amount, it was not at all a large number. I went to the teller and she said that they dont have enough to fulfill it. This was odd, because it wasnt an very large amount... they said they can only give me half and next time I will have to call ahead. I understand this for amounts of 20k or more, but this was WELL below that number. Anyway, I was annoyed, but if they didnt have it then what could I do? So I get half of the amount and she pulls out the money drawer and there in the drawer was enough to cover 3 times the original amount of the withdrawal... just in one drawer. It wasnt that they couldnt fulfill the withdrawal, it was that they wouldn't. They refused to let me withdraw my own money for whatever reason and made me spend an hour doing to another location. This is a terrible branch.

I happen to be looking for the hours today and noticed the replies from the bank I really appreciate them taking the time to individualize problems they have had at their branch because I definitely have had a ton of problems at this branch seems like they truly care

Wow I really don't know what to say. Issue after issue with this branch. We are overdrawn now because the teller didn't process our deposits correctly. I've also noticed many checks deposited were for the wrong amount (less than what they were supposed to be).
