We were ready to spend $2k in wood fence stain but because of your poor customer service, we will be going elsewhere.They made a mistake in a $19 paint sample (gave us paint vs wood stain) and then refused to correct their own mistake! $19 paint sample re-do vs a $2k sale because you accidentally made us the wrong paint samples? We love supporting local, smaller shops vs the Home Depots of the world but you need to understand basic customer service expectations.

Went on a hunt for some wallpaper today and there so called designer had the personality of a rock. She was not helpful in any way and did not seem interested in helping me at all. I showed her some pics of my tile and the wood I would be using in the bathroom and explained what I was trying to accomplish. She basically told me to go look through the books. Well duh.....what the hell are you there for then !? I find that many of the paint stores have these so called color specialists and quite frankly they use the top 10 colors that designers are using on Instagram. They are not "specialists" at all. As I struggled to lift the four books I checked out, I accidentally knocked over her business cards. I quickly apologized and she didn't even acknowledge me. I even tried to say good bye on my way out ad she just stared at me. Really? Who hired this person? The guy at the counter who checked out the books had zero personality as well. No hello, no how's your day, nothing. I will find another store to purchase my wallpaper from. I do not recommend this store. I've been to the Benjamin Moore paint store in Dublin and I must say the experience was pleasant and nothing like I experienced today.

Super rude staff. The lady working gave me a lot of hassle for not having the color’s number when I gave her two paint names found on the B/M website for samples. She said the name, that her company gave the paint, was too unreliable for paint colors. I came to B/M because the colors I picked out belonged to them, and now I’ll be getting the closest match from S/W due to their amazing color selection and very helpful staff.With the quart size being $37 I’m surprised the interior of the building looks so cluttered, grim, and dirty. Maybe they should recirculate those funds.

I have always bought our paint here. Love shopping Danville businesses and supporting small. But today my experience here was appalling and offensive! The woman was rude, short and completely lacked customer service. She was put out with my questions and wasn't willing to "problem solve". As she walked away she said to the air " I don't know why I get so angry with this place and people". Her co worker asked what?? And she said oh I'm just talking to myself. I was at least 30 feet away and could hear her perfectly. There are other great Benjamin Moore retailers in Alamo and Dublin. I will be taking my business there! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Not the same owners and NOT the same business values

I CANNOT believe how rude the manager Maria is that works here! I called yesterday and ordered 3 samples. 5 minutes later after my designer said not to use those colors, I called back and someone else answered and i told them i needed to cancel the order. They said "no problem". Today she called me and told me i need to come to get them when i told her i canceled she called me a liar and hung the phone up on me. Then SHE CALLED ME BACK JUST TO TELL ME THAT "IT'S NOT VERY NICE OF YOU NOT TO PICKUP YOUR ORDER". I explained again that i had canceled it and she demanded i remember the name of who i talked to. I'm tempted to call back to send my call log so she can see the second call i made to them to prove it. Her tone and attitude shocked me, I cannot believe this woman is a manager!!

Nancy, the white woman who works there, spoke to me very rudely after I started speaking (my pronunciation not so good, because English is my second language ). Also when I ask her to show me a bigger color paper for better understanding (another stores shows and give it all the times, if you need ) , she answer "These papers not for you...sorry ... I can't " When I said about that to manager store, she answer just "It's OK"...

I went in looking for a new interior and exterior paint color for my house in Danville. This store has a color coordinator on site which I had no idea. I showed Julie a few pics of my house and she gave me a few options in the range of what I was looking for. I feel like she knew what I needed even before I asked! I made an appointment with her to see my house in person. She came out the next day and presented me the best choices and some color combos I hadn't ever considered. She had apparently already driven my area to see the color combos of the houses in my area which was awesome. After making my decision, I came back to the paint store 2 days later and they made my custom paint choices there on the spot. I will happily be back to this BM location and work with Julie on my rental house remodel next.

Love this local paint store. Extremely helpful and friendly staff and awesome number of pay choices.
