So I ordered on line and the employee was very rude unhelpful throwing my ID like he had an issue with me this was my first time being treated like this I've been to many different bevmos through the bay area I will not be coming back to this one...

In town for an appointment...needed high quality snacks and walked into BEVMo - wow! Very, very, impressed. Attractive Store...Huge selection - numerous aisles filled with treats...and had a party of one selecting fabulous chips, crackers, divine Jerky, some sweets - he bought Scotch...both happy.

been coming here for years but recently my CO digital ID was denied and the cashier wouldnt let my 60+ father purchase his own beer because he was with me. ridiculous no tolerance policy

Wide selection, but if you need to demand my ID in order to sell me beer or refuse the sale if I don’t produce ID, something is wrong with your business model. FYI: I’m in my 60’s. Please, use a little common sense. Not going back.

The only bev mo who has ever asked me if I'd like a card. This store was in a lovely and safe neighborhood. Staff was quick and helpful.

Cant listen at all. I called looking for a specific cider, name dropped it multiple times and everything. They said they had it, I repeated the name just to make sure it was the same one and they said they had it. I made the 30 minute drive hopeful, only to be shown a different product. The employees excuse was that they didn't know there were other kinds of the product. Dissatisfied and disappointed

I have three older gift cards that I can't get any of their systems to acknowledge. I've called customer service and they're unable to help. I went into the store and they are unable to help and would not send an email or call customer service to assist. I'm very frustrated as there doesn't seem to be anybody that takes accountability.. I left another message with customer service yesterday and still have not heard back..
