“I bought my dress here today!! This was my first and only stop. I wasn’t sure what I wanted, all I knew is that I wanted something flattering since I am a bit bigger. I was so nervous, but Joanna made me comfortable. I appreciated how honest she was! I went alone to try on the bridal gowns and even without a vision she immediately started pulling dresses. I appreciated that she would tell me what was flattering and what wasn’t. She also helped me envision the entire vision, since I don’t really have one except for the location. I had a great time and I can not wait for my dress to be customized and ready for me! I would definitely recommend and would bring my mom, mother in law, bridesmaids, etc. I also appreciate that she does the alterations herself and made it seem like everything was customizable, even the sizing and alterations. She seems like an expert and I am just so pleased. I can’t wait to add a photo later on! Also, I didn’t do much research for pricing but I feel like everything was so elegant and affordable compared to my expectation.”

“I had such a great experience at Flares! The store is very clean and staff is amazing! Ray was incredibly welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. I found my dress and felt completely supported the entire time. I ordered the dress last May and it came in October. When I went to pick it up, Ray again helped me pick out a veil to go along with it! I tried on so many and didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. I just recently had my first dress alterations fitting and the tailor was great and answered all my questions!”

“I can't express how wonderful my experience was coming here and having Katie as my stylist. She went above and beyond to make our experience comfortable, fun, and special! I came just to casually try on some veils and get my measurements done for my dress that I am ordering, but didn't think I would actually find anything I loved. Not only did Katie graciously help me so much with the measurements, but she also found me my absolute dream veil because of her expertise! I was shocked to walk away feeling like my wedding outfit was complete, and so excited to order my veil. I didn't even think I would care about a veil so much until she found me the right one, but I'm so in love with it. She also had me try on a similar dress to the one I'm getting, and helped me see how they would together. I can't say enough about how amazing she was as a stylist. On top of all that, she is also just the sweetest and happiest person, which helped me go from feeling anxious at first, to super relaxed and happy to be there. She really made our experience here the best! I'll add photos when the veil comes :)”

“I needed my bridesmaid dress to be altered (just to shorten the length). I did my best to plan ahead before traveling for the wedding to reach out to them. They were able to take measurements and alter my dress just over a week after dropping it off. They did it perfectly and in a timely manner, especially when it had been hard to get a hold of anyone nearby who can be trusted to alter a bridesmaid dress. The price was also reasonable for the dress and timeframe. I highly recommended!”

Just a heads up that they may have to order a size if they do not have it in stock, but luckily the dress we wanted was the perfect size for her. I would highly recommend stopping in here to take a look!”
