Catherine was pleasant to work with and responsive to all my questions. She did an initial walk-through of the property before I had it remodeled and made suggestions as to what I could do to improve the value to the property. I followed her suggestions and had the house remodeled and she walked it again and worked up a thorough estimate of its worth. Within a day of telling her we were ready to list, Catherine had it on Zillow and other web sites, as well as local advertising sites. She also had a "Open House" scheduled for Sunday of the first week. Within a couple of days, she walked the property with the future buyer and by the next day, she had a written offer from them. Through the whole escrow process, Catherine kept in daily contact and sent the proper papers for me to sign promptly. I can't imagine having a more qualified realtor and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Catherine was an amazing realtor for us, guiding us through every step in finding, negotiating, and completing the purchase of our home. She has a great process, interviewing us, and taking notes of what we were looking for. Her choices got better as she understood more and finally we found the perfect match for our likes and budget. We could not have been happier.
But the relationship didn't end with finding the perfect home for us. She followed up, made sure we were supported through the complex post-purchase parts (insurance, taxes, repairs even) and even long after everything was done, continued to be a friend, and supporter.

We had been renting out our property for the past 10 years, and when it was time to sell, the home needed a LOT of upgrades to get it ready for market. Cathy handled EVERYTHING. Her handyman team redid the floors, painted the interior, built concrete walkways around the house, fixed the tiles, refinished a bathroom, replaced the baseboard, and much, much, more. The home was beautifully staged with fine furniture and tasteful artwork. We've bought and sold several properties in the last decade, and one thing is very clear: Cathy is the best real estate agent in the San Francisco Bay Area.
