If it was possible to leave zero stars I would. I went to this chevron to grab a redbull and the worker was extremely rude screaming you need to hurry up then when I went to register he rang my items up and said okay take your stuff and don't come back. I was blown away at the terrible service at this place. I will not return and I will make sure my friends and family don't go to this location either.

About 30% of the time the diesel pump does not work and they never bother to put a sign up. Lazy people do not deserve out business.

The middle age Indian manager of this Chevron must resent the owners. He's just a nightmare to deal with. What's worse, he knows it. I hope this location gets new management, or new owners who care to pay attention.

Worst chevron to go to. The owner himself is very rude and not polite in anyway. Don't spend Ur money here. I live around the corner and every time I go in here all the attendents are rude.

I wouldn't normally be inclined to review a gas station...mainly because it's.a pretty straight forward service and not much can go wrong.I stop here for gas because it's convenient/close to home and always well-stocked and clean. Employees are wearing masks and they seem to enforce mask wearing with customers too, which can't be said for neighboring gas stations...Anyway, my visit earlier was a pleasant surprise and made my afternoon. Aman was the cashier and helped me locate my daughter's favorite snack. She actually walked out from behind the counter to help me find it. As she rang me up, pleasantly making small talk, we became aware of an elderly woman who needed help. Aman didn't hesitate to offer assistance to the woman in need, while still attending to me and subsequent customers. She was so genuine and helpful. Her demeanor was professional, yet incredibly kind. Thanks, Aman. You went above and beyond this evening. Happy to stop here for the convenience and great customer service.

lets make this short 1- you (cashier/worker) let someone come in without a face mask or covering and decided to serve him... this was today 5.22.2020 around 845ish pm-915ish pm. He purchased cigarettes. You checked my ID i assume you checked his and could clearly see his beard not covered non did you ask/tell him to cover his face... 2-i went back to verify the price of coors/bud 18pk from last week. the price on display says 15.99; there is a promo on the glass that says 14.99. it rang up as 15.99. i asked if this was on special and the person working the register said it comes up as it comes up. fine. i then told him i was in here last week and the promo price doesnt match the display price. i told him to take a look. he said he would remove it. after he rung me up he did go over to look, but did not remove the promo. i had to come back inside and i asked him if he saw the difference in price and he said he was going to remove it and eventually did *this isnt the bald guy that i normally see on the weekend when i randomly come in. this was some other employee. ** sadly even after i left a message about the price difference i didn't see any proper steps to resolve this price/display issue from a week ago

This one is entirely for the employee working at store named sukhman. Whenever you walk into the store he greet you with smile and lovely enthusiasm. Always so helpful.

Gas here is expensive but that doesn't matter to me and my Bolt EV as it is an electric car! That being said, I went here for the car wash! Prices start at $8.00 for this touch-less car wash. The car wash machine does a great job without damaging your rides paint job. I wish they had more of these around the Bay Area.

So, when your car wash is out of order, please put up a sign to let customers know so they don't buy your overpriced gas only to then find out the car wash is broken. And telling your customers you have a "superior car wash"? Superior to what? It's broken!

Despise this place. The owner takes advantage of the location being near blackhawk and overcharges. Very greedy management. Propane went from $17.99 to $21.99. Save your $ and go elsewhere.

I use this gas station because it's close and has a car wash. Consistently I have to go inside to get a receipt for the car wash code because the pump is always out of paper. I guess they can't be bothered to put a new roll it. I find this super annoying because it seems to always happen!!

If I could give minus stars I would. I come in to make a purchase and the clerk Kevin doesn't acknowledge me as I walk in, continues to make coffee as I'm standing at the counter waiting to buy my items. Never once does he say anything to me, and to makes matters worse he gave a big sigh while ringing me up. I swear where has the customer service gone in places! Why do big corporations like Chevron allow this type of treatment to paying customers? That's right because regardless they will make millions of dollars so who cares about customer service right? Whoever the owner & manager here needs to train their employees to value their customers! It's not fault that Kevin is a clerk at Chevron. It's not my fault that he has to be at work at 5:30 in the morning.
