Never met a group of people as incompetent as the pharmacy staff here. Never trust them with any urgent prescription, let alone any medication.This place is a dump that needs to go away.

Transfer your prescriptions to Costco for real customer service.I called in around 4:45 pm on 04/29/23 to see if my prescription could be refilled the same day. The pharmacist that picked up seriously needs customer service training on how to speak to someone politely on the phone. Our conversation went like this:Me: HI, can you refill my prescription today, then I proceeded to give my detailsCVS: Hold on.CVS: (After returning a few minutes later) Okay, come by 6pm, we close at 6Me: I live close by so can come nowCVS: Come by 6pm, we close at 6Me: Sure, but will it be ready soonCVS: Yes, come by 6pmMe: Is there a line right now?CVS: We always have line.Click --end of callWhen I went to pick up the prescription, I provided the feedback to the clerk. She claimed she didn't know who picks up the phones, and she didn't know if the pharmacists go through customer service training. I mentioned that I went on Yelp and they have 1 out of 5 star reviews overall. She claimed the reviews are all from last year (which is not the case). She also mentioned that she couldn't do anything with the feedback because she was just the pharmacy register clerk, but I could return on Monday to speak to the manager. I replied sarcastically that's really convenient, and suggested she pass on my feedback to the pharmacists.Given my low tolerance for bad manners, I'm so excited to transfer my prescription to Costco and use them as my primary pharmacy, and never have to deal with CVS. CVS really needs to invest in customer service classes for the pharmacists and weed out the bad apples. They're not the only game in town, and likely will be losing a lot of business if they don't improve soon. Bye bye CVS Pharmacy!

Slow service if you can get it. They also don't get prescriptions right even when faxed to them directly from your doctor. Better off driving to Danville Pharmacy and get it right with no wait or confusion.

Ok, is the CVS pharmacy perfect? No. Is it a joy to wait in a long line to get meds, no? BUT I will say that in the last 6 months they have really made improvements. They often have 2-3 people working on busy times vs the 1 person they used to have. I also feel they are more responsive. They are starting to have consistency in staff so I'm getting to know they people working and honestly...I enjoy talking to them! They are good people who are working hard on a stressful, thankless job. It's not perfect, but it's night and day from where it was and I appreciate them for that.

Easily the worst pharmacy I have ever been to; from confused staff to a very low level of hygiene, if this place wasn't so close to my house, I would never come here again.

12:30 appt for booster and I'm still waiting 45 minutes later. First, counter person said I didn't have an appointment. When I showed her the confirmation email, she just shrugged. I will never come here again

As a 3+ year customer, i really tjougjt things would eventually change. Seriously absolutely the worst customer sevice you'll ever receive overall. Even worse when you go to the pharmacy. I totally understand times are hard and we're all hurting but short staffed or not, these employees really know how to be exceptionally rude.

If I had a chance I would put 0 star for this pharmacy and services they provide.There are so many things that I am not happy with this pharmacy.First of all, you when you call them you wait too long and go through long messaging system, wait at least 20-30min until pharmacist will pick up the phone. When they picked up the phone, you start talking with them they put you on another long hold 15-20min or just hang up on you. It takes hours to reach out someone and speak regarding your prescription. That's what happened to me many times in the past and today.Today I spoke with pharmacist Arvita (this is the name she gave me). She handed up my first call, so I had to call again. A couple of days ago I spoke with this lady and she refused me complete and give me pain medication that my surgeon prescribed me even after I told her that that I just got my major surgery hip replacement done and I am in very severe pain. She was very irritating and made me a hard time at the day of my surgery. This pharmacy hired ladies that disregard doctor's medical prescriptions and recommendation. They decide themselves what to do and how to do, give medication to patient or not. Now I need to go to another pharmacy. I went to Walgreens. Pharmacist in Walgreens picked up phone right way and was very friendly and helpful. I am very happy that I moved to Walgreens

This store is incredibly bad. They fill prescriptions when you have not asked for them. They claim they don't have your cell phone but you have given them the number on numerous occasions. Long lines, can't get through the telephone queue, poor customer satisfaction system. Use a different CVS store or pharmacy chain.

Entirely incompetent. I had a prescription that was one day early (doing IVF so doses change and ran out sooner than insurance would approve). I go through a whole rigamarol with them on Saturday but they assure me i could pick up next day (Sunday). First, they didn't even have the prescription ready for refill on Sunday so good thing i called. Then these incompetent people didnt even have the medication in stock. So, not even available until Monday. I'm in early stages of pregnancy and need the progesterone but because of these morons, I go without two doses. I'm changing pharmacies as these people are incompetent. If I lose the pregnancy, they will hear from my lawyer. Stay the hell away from this pharmacy and the pharmacist particularly

This store is awful, been this way for years. Understaffed, long wait times, pharmacy is always a long line and take forever to refill prescriptions. Wish they would close this store and have someone else come in that can actually run this business. Also Ive noticed lately they have no products on shelf.
