The pharmacist is very nice! I like this pharmacy over Safeway pharmacy. The wait is much less, and they take the time to talk to you.

Such bad service. They had one person helping out all the self checkout people on a busy Saturday and be responsible for everything else. The whole point of self checkout is self checkout. A manager came up. I asked if she could help me. She said no wait in line. I said that’s for self checkout. She refused and said wait in line. I and other people who needed actual assistance were rudely ignored by the racist white female curvy manager who already finished helping her customer. Meanwhile the minority worker was running between cash registers trying to help everybody. A line started to build up of people behind me who needed in-person assistance for items that did not qualify self-checkout. The manager just keeps telling us to use self-checkout like she was born just a minute ago. She was on a power hungry trip. Then while all of us our waiting our turn in line, some customer comes deciding he doesn’t need to wait in line. They interrupt everything to help him instead of telling him to wait in line like they did us all. NEVER RETURNING. Super expensive convenience store that uses coupons to try to get you prices that are still no where comparable to other prices. I have no idea why cvs is still in business. Just operate as a pharmacy at this point. Not like we don’t have more than enough convenience shops in the area anyway. Waste of retail space for an old fashioned experience.Awful experience. Ruined my day. Never recommending people here and will always deter my network from going here.

This is my favorite cvs store. They are helpful and reliable, always stocked with everything I need! Photo prints, daily discounts and deals, pharmacy prescription savings, and coupons are always a plus.

Please avoid this. They simply do not process your insurance.

Absolutely horrible. Too many bad experiences to count. The most recent one being the pharmacists dont know to process insurance information correctly and expect the customers to do this. Despite having a valid insurance, I was made to pay out of pocket. Avoid at all cost.

This is just for the Pharmacy who are some of the RUDEST people working anywhere. Especially the counter guy.

For 25 years this has been my place for medicines, birthday cards and more. In recent years I moved all my prescriptions from Safeway to here. It has some lines but plenty of clerks and the pharmacist are good and attentive. The manager is good too. The hours are good and they have lots of prescriptions and clients. The staff inside is good too.

So me and my friends where there on 7/8/23 and we where over in the section where they have the little toy cars And we were justllooking at them and not doing anything bad (my friends and I are ages 11-13 and me being the oldest) The manager walks up to us and says "you gys need to leave now" and my friend got banned for looking at the toy cars and then we all went back in there and went up to the manger to ask him why we were banned and he avoied the questions and was telling us to get out and he knew he was in the wrong. over all horrible and its discrimination just because me and my friend are kids and he thinks that just becuase we are kids dosent mean that he could take advantage of us. Over all super bad and the place needs a new manger.

Never met a group of people as incompetent as the pharmacy staff here. Never trust them with any urgent prescription, let alone any medication. This place is a dump that needs to go away.

Transfer your prescriptions to Costco for real customer service. I called in around 4:45 pm on 04/29/23 to see if my prescription could be refilled the same day. The pharmacist that picked up seriously needs customer service training on how to speak to someone politely on the phone. Our conversation went like this: Me: HI, can you refill my prescription today, then I proceeded to give my details CVS: Hold on. CVS: (After returning a few minutes later) Okay, come by 6pm, we close at 6 Me: I live close by so can come now CVS: Come by 6pm, we close at 6 Me: Sure, but will it be ready soon CVS: Yes, come by 6pm Me: Is there a line right now? CVS: We always have line. Click --end of call When I went to pick up the prescription, I provided the feedback to the clerk. She claimed she didn't know who picks up the phones, and she didn't know if the pharmacists go through customer service training. I mentioned that I went on Yelp and they have 1 out of 5 star reviews overall. She claimed the reviews are all from last year (which is not the case). She also mentioned that she couldn't do anything with the feedback because she was just the pharmacy register clerk, but I could return on Monday to speak to the manager. I replied sarcastically that's really convenient, and suggested she pass on my feedback to the pharmacists. Given my low tolerance for bad manners, I'm so excited to transfer my prescription to Costco and use them as my primary pharmacy, and never have to deal with CVS. CVS really needs to invest in customer service classes for the pharmacists and weed out the bad apples. They're not the only game in town, and likely will be losing a lot of business if they don't improve soon. Bye bye CVS Pharmacy!

item i wanted said it was in stock. employee confirmed it was in stock, but was to lazy to go in the back and get it out of the boxes. keep in mind, the employee was doing nothing other than standing by the entrance and greeting people. i went home and placed the order for pick up online, and the order was confirmed. soon after, they canceled the order because they were to lazy to unpack their inventory (to lazy to do their job). I try calling the store several times, nobody picks up despite it being a ghost town inside the store when I went 15 minutes earlier. Terrible experience.

Slow service if you can get it. They also don't get prescriptions right even when faxed to them directly from your doctor. Better off driving to Danville Pharmacy and get it right with no wait or confusion.

One of the worst cvs you can stop into. The manager of this store is incredibly rude and disrespectful. They treat the customers here less than human and do not care to help you with finding or retrieving anything, you are simply a nuisance until you spend your money here. The manager is the worst of the bunch, I hope he is removed soon as this store has gone downhill because of him and I will not be returning anytime soon until he is replaced with a manager who knows how to run a store and treat customers.

Yesterday evening , I was there to buy a couple of things. When I went to check out, the guy at the register was so rude. I don't know if he's the evening manager or not but I feel bad for the lady he was working with. He was scanning all of my items and tossing it to the side where the girl was standing. Then he told her to put everything in the bag. There were items in front of him that was quite far from the girl doing all the bagging (I don't know if he was training her or not but he definitely shouldn't be training anyone) and the girl asked him to bring it closer to her a couple of times and he just looked at her and ignored her. I feel bad for the trainee/fellow cashier and shouldn't have to put up with that attitude even though he is superior to her.
