Drove to this location today to buy shoes for my toddler and looked up the hours of operation before driving here and it stated open at 11. Got there at 11 and no one showed up until 1117. By the looks of the employee I did not feel safe walking in. Left and will never come back.

My 10-year-old boy is in a size range most kids stores say is too big and adults stores say is too small. (Who invented this system?) This store had options in his size and we found one he loves. The gentleman was wonderful, but I did not get his name.

The absolute worst shoe shopping experience EVERY SINGLE TIME!! They measured my daughter and said she was a size larger than she is, brought out the larger size which was of course too big then bumped me to help another customer. I waited 10 min for to be told the larger sizeIs all they had (would've been nice to know 10 min ago) question the ethics AND the customer service. They act like all we have all the time in the world just to sit in their store and wait to be waited on. I love the brand but will not be back to this location.

I am a big Stride Rite fan. My toddler has chunky feet and Stride Rite shoes are the only comfortable wide shoes I purchase. I typically purchase his shoes online but now that I found a store front I will be going there instead. This store is not affiliated with the online store so you cannot do online returns here. It's located in a small shopping center with plenty of parking. We came on a Saturday afternoon and they were very busy. My son got his foot measured by the owner and we picked out two pairs of shoes. The owner was very friendly.

We got there at about 11am when they opened on a Sunday. There are signs that say 4 people in the store at a time and wear clean socks. We were the only ones at the time. We were greeted by the gentleman. He sized my son's foot for his shoe size and asked us what we were looking for. Our kid likes riding on a scooter and uses his shoe for the brake, so we needed a good rubber sole in the toe area. He suggested a few good options. We went for the most padding in the Keen brand. My son tried them on and liked them, so he walked out of the store with them. Another family came in while we were finishing our transaction, so it was perfect timing. There are a lot of good show options. He offered my kids a lollipop, which was a nice gesture. We hope these shoes last long, but will definitely come back when he needs new ones.

Good quality shoes are important for growing feet. Stride rite have always had shoes designed for growing feet. When our children were little we bought them stride rite shoes. Now we are buying them for our grandchildren. When was the last time you had your feet measured. The owner measured our granddaughter's feet so we got the right sized shoes The owner was personable and helpful. The store had a good selection. There were also a nice selection of shoes on sale. The owner made a good recommendation regarding our purchase. We will be back.

Friendly staff but the price was much higher than what was online. I understand running a store takes more expense so I don’t expect the store to have the same kind of discount but it was unacceptable when I found out the price was even higher then the full price online.

The service here was pretty good. I was a little turned off by the way they weren't enforcing any kind of a mask policy. But now, they all wear masks at all hours after getting a whiff of R "Traveler996" M.'s stinky vajayjay. So, problem solved.

Literally don't waste your time here. Came in wanting to exchange a gift that was sent to us. You know how stores always accommodate online purchase and can order things for you in case they don't have in store, yeah not here. Apparently they're privately owned and not directly affiliated with the stride rite e-commerce operation. If I was stride rite corporate I would be so unhappy about the way this store is conducting their business. They really should change their store name because it's misleading. There's a "sign in sheet" and only 4 people allowed at a time, meanwhile the guy isn't wearing a mask lol so really the 4 at a time is because he can't service more people at once, not a covid thing. Some people don't read the sign and just walk in so it's frustrating.

Very disappointed with the service after our last purchase. We bought a pair of Nike's (only option in stock for his wide feet). After 2 weeks the stitching started coming loose. I contacted the manager to initiate a return & was told that I needed to speak with Nike. His account with Nike was frozen and it would be easier for me to just deal with Nike directly. I contacted Nike, their response "You need to take them to the store where you purchased them for a return." I contacted the manager and let him know Nike's response. He told me he would not take the defective product back, & promptly hung up the phone on me.We've been shopping at this Stride rite for 14yrs. I am appalled with their costumer service. This location reflects poorly on the Stride rite brand.
