The worst edible store ever . This is the second year I am ordering from them and same bad experience . They do not answer their phone, the delivery is so late almost at 7:30 pm on a Saturday night. I will never order from this store

Awful do not order from them. I got one as a gift from this place. The driver who dropped it off smelled horrible like bad BO. Lingered when he left. I brought in the arrangement and balloons and had to leave for a few hours. I came back and to my horrid the whole house smelled of the BO. I had to take the balloons outside the card the arrangement. Everything has the stench on it. I threw everything out it smelled so bad. I think someone needs to issue a refund. Never in my life will I order or recommend someone order from this place. Unacceptable. Worst part is they won't pick up the phone either.

Love the freshness of fruits and packaging !!! Don't know the delivery guy name but he went above and beyond to deliver the fruit box, though the address was wrong. Made my day during Thanksgiving day !!!

I ordered a fruit bouquet for a party during the Thanksgiving and it was really good. I called the place directly and made a phone order and the service was very good and the delivery was quick than expected. Really liked their service and will be ordering again in the future.

I ordered a strawberry platter for a birthday celebration at noon. I had someone pick it up. My birthday celebration was in the afternoon and when it was delivered it was such a poor product. The strawberries were little, they tip of them were white and two grapes had mild on them! I was so embarrassed that I gave that to my sister for her birthday. It was the worst edible product. Only 6 strawberries were eaten, many were thrown away and then the manager wanted me to take back the rest. It was a horrible experience! I will never order again.

Went in for a pretty snack then it all went down hill when the lady came out changed her gloves then touched everything including the money and computer before grabbing my cookies with the Sam gloves on. She got an attitude with me when I asked her to change her gloves asking me if I want it or not. So I nicely asked for my money back and walked away. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone got sick at this location good luck

Ordered and they said they were delivered but they weren't and we have been trying for 3 days for hours at a time to get ahold of them and just sitting on hold. Their voicemail box is full so we tried the corporate number and the same thing. Getting pretty fed up.

UPDATE: there was a response from the owner asking me to contact them so they could make things right. I contacted them the next morning with my order info and never heard back. It's been 2 or 3 days now. The response to my review was a nice gesture for all to see but it was nothing more than a show. ---- I have been going to Edible Arrangements for years, simply because I thought they were the only game in town in their particular niche (and maybe they are?) The fruit was never super fresh, but I usually got the orders on time, and the quality was _good enough_. This last order changed everything, and I will NEVER be back. I placed a $90 order for our 9th wedding anniversary 2 days prior to the delivery date and did not receive an email confirming the order so I tried calling the store directly the next day. The lady that answered was giggling, and then accidentally hung up on me, so I called right back. The machine picked up and I was put on hold for 18 minutes. I hung up again and called back, and was put on hold for 10 minutes. No one ever picked up, I'm assuming they realized they hung up on me and did not want to pick up for that reason. Anyway, I called the primary support number to, 1) figure out if I will get my order on time (or not), and 2) determine what the deal is with the local Danville shop and their communication. I got through on the main line in 1 minute, and the lady I spoke with was able to connect with the shop directly within 30 seconds (almost certainly confirming my assumption that my number was just being avoided). After I was given a status, I voiced my concern to the rep (Nefertiti) who could not have cared less. It was almost comical. Fast forward to the next day - the day I am supposed to get the delivery. I get a call at 10:30 AM and they are telling me the card I ordered is out of stock, but they can give me a replacement card, but cannot fill it out with the message that I submitted through the EA website. With all that happened to this point, this was almost expected. They've had the order for two days and I get this notice when the order is supposed to be here! The order arrives 90 minutes later with some of the worst quality fruit I have ever seen and tasted, I did not even bother contacting support for all of the reasons stated above. I WILL NEVER BE BACK and will pass my experience along to anyone that brings up Edible Arrangements. You've lost a long time customer with a team effort!

We paid additional to have extra pineapple flowers to make bouquet fuller but they didnt even include the pineapple stars that were originally in the boquet, also missing is the chocolate covered apples. Extremely disappointed, wasnt even informed that items were missing but did pay the extra cost for additional items when they were missing items . Will never use their service again.
