I paid off a car 2 years ago and they still havent released the lien on it, i called them and they said there is nothing they can do about it. Losing $5000 because i can sell my car due to the fact that they will not release the lien.

Literally THEE worst bank I've ever done business with. They've canceled my card THREE times in a year and didn't notify me.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this bank.
