Pet Food Express is an amazing place for all pet supplies. The store is a great location and exceeds all expectations. It is very clean and hygienic, clean as can be. The staff are so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond every time. They are very informative, kind, and understanding, and really care about pets and all animals in general. Staff take the time to familiarize themselves with pets' needs and are helpful with the most detailed of questions or requests, including on food allergies and health-related products. The store offers many convenient services. There is a self-service pet wash which is a great experience, featuring warm water, great water pressure, plenty of soaps, and provided towels and a dryer. The business also has a clinic inside and provides vet service for fundamental shots, which is a great convenience. Their training program for dogs is also utilized. The staff are known for their great service and good vibes, creating a welcoming experience that makes customers thrilled and willing to return and recommend the place to friends.
I use the dog wash at this location. My dog loves going there and jumps right up onto the platform next to the tub to try to steal the treats they leave out! Staff is very friendly. I stop in there often.
