While currently experiencing a rough holiday season this year due to finances, being a new mom, and other struggles, I was not looking forward to going to UPS and paying for a service I needed to complete for a new job. Upon starting the process at UPS, there was some issues with the application my job had given me, which was resulting in me having to pay additional fees. I was very upset and wasn’t being very nice to the two ladies at UPS, however, they continued to help me and provide excellent customer service. Seema showed extreme compassion and was able to help me complete the process without totally hurting my pockets. She made my day and as I was leaving, told me to “keep that smile going.” I wouldn’t have been smiling if it weren’t for her. I believe the other girl’s name was Sonny, who was also very sweet. People like these ladies give me hope that there are still nice people who care about others. Thank you for brightening my holiday season.

I go to the UPS store at least once a week, and honestly, it’s like my social hour. The front desk folks are always friendly and helpful, greeting me like I’m their favorite regular.
But then I read some of the reviews, and I’m wondering—are these people going to a different UPS store? Some talk about “terrible experiences” or “long lines,” and here I am, just breezing through like it’s VIP service.
I have a theory: maybe those reviewers are waltzing in with their heads buried in their phones, not even noticing the staff’s epic customer service skills. Or maybe they’re the ones holding up the line, frantically scrolling for their Amazon return codes like it’s a scavenger hunt. Meanwhile, I’m here, code in hand, fully prepared, making package dropping look like an art form.
So if you see me in line, just know: I’m organized, I’m smiling, and I’ll probably be back next week!

Go to the one across the street next to Safeway. This is the slowest store ever. Takes them 15 min to figure out how to print 3 pages they keep belong everyone else behind me. Then had to wait for a guy to come back from break to bring me up

This place is a scammers paradise. They will upsell you shipping services you don't need to get commission or refuse to ship your package. I needed to ship something back for warranty repair and the gentleman required I pay him 250 usd to ship to Los Angeles. The shipment went wrong and after talking to UPS, their customer service admitted that the UPS store employee scammed me into buying something that was not even remotely required, and that they hear this story all the time out of employees trying to upsell for commission.

I went there for a passport photo. The cost was $20 and they wanted 40 dollars for a digital copy. Total rip off. Avoid this place. Staples charges 25 for both digital and hard copy pictures. Do they think people are made of money or plain stupid?Cvs charge 16.99 for passport photosAnd so this store is overcharging.Watch out!!!!

I had the pleasure of working with a very kind and helpful person at this location. I was upset about the loss of my father and was trying to get paperwork notarized. I walked in very frustrated on a busy Saturday morning, but I walked out greatly appreciative of the quick help and support I needed to get my notary completed. Highly recommend going there to get a notary in the future!

For returns, this store will ask for "reasons" as though they work for Amazon. It is none of their business to ask for the reason..! The lady at the counter is rude and full of it..
