We’re incredibly grateful for Varsha’s help in buying our first home. As first-time buyers navigating a competitive market from out of town, we had a lot of questions and Varsha was there for us every step of the way. She patiently walked us through the entire process, always making herself available and never making us feel rushed or overwhelmed.
Since we were relocating from Southern California, we flew up many weekends to tour homes, and Varsha never hesitated to meet us to explore different neighborhoods, even if it meant going from SF to SJ. We have been working with Varsha for 6 years. We have bought our starter home, sold that one and then bought another home, all with the help of Varsha and her team. She is very knowledgeable about neighborhoods in and around East Bay, South Bay, Peninsula and even as far as Sacramento, Tracy, Morgan Hill etc. Varsha would spent hours and hours going through house documents going through each seller document in details. Sometimes these meetings would last till midnight and she would stay focused, professional and gracious the whole time. Varsha has a dedicated team of professionals that help you have a smooth buying or selling process. Varsha helped us to get our current home in Dublin in 2012. The real estate market was really bad at that time and we wanted to capture the really falling prices. However offering a right price which would seal the deal was important. Varsha stepped up her expertise and closed the deal. She even helped us to rent our current house with her contacts.
