Excellent. They worked on my car quickly, and the price was as estimated by both the shop and insurance. They also detailed the inside of my car, which was a very welcome surprise! My car feels new, and everyone at the shop was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

Went there to get my hood and grille fixed. They helped me out right away and fixed my car in about 5 minutes and on top of that, didn’t charge me anything. Couldn’t ask for better service, if you’re in the area and you have a problem with your car, go here!

Honest business. My son is away at college and was having an issue with his hood and grill. I had Jim bring it in to the Collision Pros. After a quick inspection, they spent a few minutes to fix the problem free of charge. Done! They could've very easily taken it for a day and performed repairs, ordered parts, etc. They have definitely earned a loyal customer with the way they handled this.

Had a bad experience here. Brought in a Tesla 3 with Tesla insurance for an estimate. They were very fast at getting an initial estimate over however, they changed from "repairing" a panel to "replacing" it after submitting it to insurance. This slowed everything down as the suppliment did not get submitted properly. Add to that the fact Tesla insurance is horrible, this made the wait even longer. We waited more than than 30 days for a response. I get a call after a month "Good news, they approved the suppliment..." then they go on to ask for a "deposit". They wanted my deductible in advance and prodceedded to talk about how difficult Tesla is to deal with, returns etc. Truthfully, I don't really care. They are a Tesla authorized shop and had nothing but Teslas on site when I went there. I have never paid my deductible on a collision repair until the work was done to my satisfaction. I told the service writter this and offered $500, as it made me sceptical why they asked me this. Cameron the manager called me back after lunch and again tried with the same rehearsed "Tesla's are so hard..." etc. I told him it made me nervous dealing with a shop that didn't seem to have to working capital to order the parts and do the work without my deposit.Cameron also told me the parts cost was $2500 and that the deposit wasn't even half of the parts. With that begging said they were charging $9K for labor.Although the service writter Nino and the young lady I spoke to on the phone were very helpful, I would not watse your time bringing your business here. I have wasted nearly 7 weeks dealing with them.Edit: I posted this incorrectly even this happened a month or so ago. I fell obligated to share this experience with others so they can determine if they want to do business here.

After my car being hit, A-1 body shop helped me out. Cameron was very helpful during the process. He was able to get the highest quality parts and quick communication through the insurance company. Cameron was willing to bend over backwards to make sure I wasn't wasting my time and even offered me a ride to the rental company. He stayed late to meet me if needed. Just made the process much easier. After everything was done, Nino made sure my car was in perfect shape. He even removed some sap stains from my car in spots that didn't even pertain to the collision repair. He went the extra mile to make sure my car looked better than before. I will not take my car anywhere else for anymore for collision repairs.

I brought my Honda Civic into A-1 after recently being hit. Not only was the front desk worker- Nino a super kind and helpful person to work with but the technicians did an amazing job! I come from a family of autobody technicians so attention to detail and fitment is something I am really picky about and they absolutely blew my mind, not only did it come out perfect but they had gone above and beyond what was needed to for the job and to make me happy. I would recommend their service to anyone. They are by far the best place I have been to from their hospitality down to their work.

I heard a flapping sound on my Tesla just days before I was supposed to drive to Los Angeles. I called far and wide trying to find an authorized repair place. A-1 was so kind. They took a look, diagnosed the problem AND fixed it on the spot. It saved me hours of driving to the boonies beyond Sac and/or making 2 trips. I am so grateful for the kind attention they paid my car. Shop local!

I went to the shop to get an estimate. Found out later there was more damage. Had to have a second estimate due to water damage. He didn't want to fix my car but didn't say so initially. Said I might be able to get it done sooner if I took it to Woodland. I wish he would've been more direct and just said he didn't want or know how to fix the body damage and insure no leak. Maybe too complicated of a job for him.Made multiple calls to get the job reassigned to Woodland and then back to his shop. Went by for a third time for additional assessment and pictures. His staff told me to come over but he told me he couldn't take the pictures until I got the job reassigned back to his shop. I gave him the out I asked him you don't really want to fix my car do you? He said no.Cameron, learn how to be direct and say no if you need to. then, make sure your staff knows when you're not interested or not capable.

Came in for an independent quote to see how they would fix my vehicle, waited 15 minutes in the lobby only for the estimator to tell me he wouldn't look at my car unless I tell my adjustor to give the claim assignment to him and guarantee the work to them only. Estimator emphasized he mainly cares about receiving the check from insurance and not a word else. This shop cares about receiving the check first and foremost, and it's an inconvenience to talk to a customer. Will make sure not to recommend this shop locally, go to the numerous great and truly reputable shops in Sacramento instead.

Amazing service, I brought in my model 3LR for rear end damage and got my car back fixed within a week. Staff was professional and responsive. Worth driving down from Reno to get it fixed.

I recently watched this business give a $2000 quote on an undamaged automobile. Seemed a bit odd.
