Jenny was really sweet! But not sure what happened with my manicure. After doing the gel she used the drill to go around my nail leaving the manicure to look like it was already 2 weeks grown out. The polish on all my nails doesn’t go all the way to the base or sides of my nails. Additionally frustrating when I went to pay it was more expensive than anticipated due to prices on the website being inaccurate.

I got a manicure today and had my nails cut. The nail tech cut double the length she showed me off. My nails have never been this short in my entire life even when I actively bit them. I left the nail salon crying.
I went in with very long healthy nails and they are cut below my fingertips now. At every other salon I have been to, the nail techs are impressed by how strong the nails are so they did not even need to be cut let alone cut completely off.
She cut my nails so short that when she filed them after, she made my skin raw.
I have never not given a tip for a service until this.

It was my first time ever going into a salon, and needless to say it was a great experience! I got acrylics for the first time, and Misa did such an amazing job! She was very detailed with her work, and made sure everything came out to my liking. She was very kind and always checked in to see if anything was hurting me. I am very pleased with my experience here! :))

It was a Saturday and I didn’t know they close early on weekends. I came in around 6:20 and they couldn’t take me. As I was leaving they asked what it was I wanted done and she said she’d call someone that lives close by to see if she’d be willing to come back just for me. Rosie came back and decided to take me in! I was so thankful for that. They did exactly what I wanted and needed done. They were so kind and did an amazing job! I felt like I had VIP treatment. I hope you guys see this review, because I highly recommend them. They really know how to put the customer first. Thank you again. <3

My mom and I had a lovely visit to Ara Spa on Thursday morning. We both got Spa Pedicures and really enjoyed the calming atmosphere and our nails look beautiful. We will definitely return.

I feel very strange and mad, last year I did this set of nails here, the price on the website and other comments are all $55, but I was charged $75 (not including tips)! I suspect that I have been overcharged.

To expensive for the quality. The lady that did my nails sanded them down for so long and kept touching my cuticles and making a couple of them bleed. The acrylics themselves are also way smaller than my nail bed, you can clearly see my actual nail on all sides and I just got them today, the shaping was very good she just really hurt me. The lady my friend got was very good though I feel like that's true for most sallons.

Jennifer was amazing! Even as the owner, she took the time to personally introduce herself and ensure my visit met my expectations! My boyfriend got the standard pedicure and I got a full acrylic set plus a standard pedicure, everything was great! Iwould definitely recommend!
