I waited for 45 minutes after the store opened because there was 1 customer in front of me and only one employee. When the second employee finally showed up around 11, he was a very unprofessional looking and acting young man who told me he didn't really know what to do and that I should just call customer service. As someone who has been with AT&T for decades this was very disappointing and a complete waste of a good chunk of my day.

Store was completely under staffed and I was told that they usually only have one person working from 10-11 am on Saturday mornings! I had to wait over an hour for help. The person who helped me (Leon) did an excellent job! He was patient, very knowledgeable and kind. I think the management needs to fix the staffing issue as it is miserable for both customers and employees!

When I transfer my lyca sim to at&t e sim i told employer i need international calling plan he say its 10$ dollars more i say no problem i ready to pay but after one monthe i got too much expensive bill around 3300$
The main point is that firts they say something and later there behavior all change

Worst customer service ever!!! We came to pick up our online order and were here to pick up our phone at 6:26pm when all of their store info said they closed at 7pm and they were closed. On top of that when we showed up the next day, no o e greeted us, no one apologized for the long wait as we waited over 30mins to be seen and the guy that helped us out, was rude and distant the whole time. Only reason why I'm giving the stars I'm giving is because their store is clean and they have good selection.

Beware, at least some of the people that work here will up sell you with changes without telling you. My son went in and upgraded his phone, got the confirmation and checked his account and the person who helped him did the following without saying a word to him: Added protect advantage without asking Enrolled him in next up with his upgrade without asking Upgraded his plan without asking. Now I'm having to spend time working it out with AT&T getting it all lit back. He is a student at UC Davis, and it feels like "they saw him coming" knowing he was young and and not experienced doing these adult type transactions. Shady as hell, would not recommend. Also reported to AT&T.

Leonel was AMAZING! I am on vacation from Alaska, and a realtor that depends on my phone for work. We were waiting along with several other customers for the doors to open this morning. Leonel was the only one there when the store opened and he was professional, kind, and acknowledged all of us in line to let us know he would help us asap.As busy as he was, Leonel still took the time to make sure I had the best plan for my family and educate me.What could have been a miserable experience was okay due to the professionalism of Leonel. The management of this store should be grateful to have such a valuable team member. I have no doubt this would be a very different review had Leonel not remained calm and professional with a line of 7+ when the doors opened.
