Best repair shop in Davis. These guys are transparent. They'll diagnose issues on the spot if they have time. They replaced my wife's headlamp for free. They'll replace a low-cost component before they'll replace a whole assembly at much greater cost - something other shops won't do (maybe because those shops have contractual relationships with OEM suppliers).

Great business, great experience. These guys treat your vehicle like it’s their own, and are very kind and professional. Brought in a part for an install and they got it done quickly with no hassle and for a good price. Absolutely returning for any other services I need. 10/10, Highly recommend! ??

Geno and Vlad are fantastic - not only are they brilliant mechanics, but they are also a lot of fun to hang around with while working on the car! They went above and beyond by quickly helping me with a battery/check-engine light and I learned a lot about batteries and how codes work as well. Probably the best auto service experience I’ve ever had — I highly recommend Autobahn Davis!

On vacation, using a Turo rental. The battery died and Geno and Vlad helped me out in a pinch. These guys are wonderful human beings - very kind and generous. Do yourself a solid and do business with them!

Had an incredible experience! I just moved to Davis and needed to fix my rear license plate. I called these guys and they said to come right over! They were friendly, quick, and very professional! I highly recommend them and I have found my new, local mechanic!

I've taken my car to Autobahn Davis three times now and every time the service has been great. The guys are super nice and helpful, they get things done quickly, are reasonably priced, and I trust their work.Some auto shops seem to do whatever it takes to squeeze a few extra dimes out of customers, but these guys are not like that at all.I have been to a few other mechanics around the area and this place is easily my favorite. Was told “We don’t work on cars that aren’t Mercedes” when asked about a bolt extraction job on a Lexus, but there are photos of Teslas being worked on here in the reviewsCool, thanks ? I guess simple suspension work is too hard for these guys lol

I'm only writing this review because I came here after seeing all the 5 star reviews and I do feel a bit misled by the great reviews. I needed the battery replaced on my 2019 VW Jetta and the service was fine but felt a bit too expensive. About 200 for the actual battery and 45 for labor to put it in is about what I expected, but there was an additional 150 charge for Diagnosis/Advice. I didn't ask for a full car check-up, and I understand you have to test the battery but honestly I thought that should also be like $50 max. Maybe all mechanics would charge these prices for a Jetta but I really don't know. If I wasn't short on time, I would've found a cheaper alternative. I'm sure this place is great for many, but personally it is not the place for me and I wouldn't go again. And in response to Gene's comment, I called at 9am to see if they could take my car, which according to Yelp is when they open. I never knew appointments were required as it's not written anywhere and nobody mentioned it. Sorry about that, I guess!

I walked in last week and was promptly greeted and helped by owner Gene. I told Gene the silly predicament I was in, and he did a quick assessment of the situation. My passenger-side sun visor needed replacing and I thought I could replace it myself (I could not). Gene tried to install the replacement visor I brought in, but quickly realized I needed to visit the dealership for parts I was missing, and he asked me to come back the next day. The next day I brought the parts to Gene, and he installed my replacement visor in 30 seconds! Gene was extremely kind and did the installation at no charge. I will definitely return to Autobahn in the future for any of my car-related needs. Thank you, Gene!

I sent my car here for bumper repaint after my car got rear ended. They offered me a really affordable price, much lower than the quotes I got from other autobody repair shops I went. They did a very good job on the painting ???? and even were kind enough to fix my damaged bumper from a previous hit and run accident without extra charges.. I’m really satisfied with their service and it’s such an answer to prayer. Will recommend this place to others.Service: Painting
