I don’t remember her name but the girl with the blonde hair fixed my side mirror in less than 5 minutes and at no charge. Amazing Service. 10/10 recommend.

Amazing people who work there! I needed help to find a nut for my tail light that fell in the interior of the car and this SUPER sweet girl Jodie helped me find it and gave me some spares. It helped so much and even checked if both my lights are working! If I could give 10 stars I would !!!

Jody is amazing! I ran over a metal pipe on the freeway that I couldn’t avoid, which messed up the underneath part of my car, and she was so helpful! She was honest about the damage and what was/wasn’t vital to fix, which isn’t always the case in my experience at other companies. She was super nice and she fixed it for me in less than 10 mins for free! 10/10 reccomend!

Caliber Collision because they were highly recommended by the highly dependalbe Van Der Hamm tire in Davis. I neede my back bumper fixed. The passenger side back bumber was broken by an accident and could not be replaced easily. So Jody and Jennifer came out (104 degrees) and got on the ground and stabilized the bumper. Did not charge me anything. I highly recommend these mechanics.

I walked in without an appointment with what I thought was a bumper needed fixing. The young woman (didn't catch her name) saw me without an appointment - and fixed the darn thing just by pushing it back in! I was embarrassed that I didn't try that myself but such quick service and help! Wonderful!

From Jennifer and Jodi in the front office to Representative Louis and all of the repairmen--you will be treated well with outstanding service and repairs. If ever needed, I will return to their ethical and competent business.

Unfortunately, I've had a few vehicle repair experiences over the decades, on three continents. This was the best of all those experiences. Great job, excellent service, and finished when promised, so I could get back on the road as scheduled. I highly recommend them.
