The inner fender liner of my Lexus’ front wheels were partially broken. Jodie of the shop offered me several options (like lLexus vs after-market parts and others); even went so far as offering a money-saving way that she immediately helped on the spot to fix the problems by some trimmings and fastening, and her service was all complimentary. It’s the most friendly and helpful labor service I’ve ever received and any shop could’ve ever provided. Jodie and her shop deserve the five-star rating. Thanks so much.

Amazing services but suck at timing. Sent my car on the 26th, was told they’d try their best fixing it before the 4th bc I’m moving to socal on the 7th. They didn’t make it which was understandable. Every time we communicated they said it’s almost there. Then it took them one more week and it is still not done. So here I am driving a rental car in socal with my car in norcal. Same thing happened in 2023. Same car got into an accident, was told would be done in 10 days but took way too longer than that. Had to rent a zip car for moving. If you cant make it just say it in advance instead of keep postponing and wasting everyone’s time.
