After having trouble at the other CVS in town, I scheduled a flu shot at this CVS (1471 W COVELL BLVD). I had to wait a bit in line but they were very helpful and I got my shot within 2 minutes of checking in. Thank you CVS at the marketplace, you will be my go-to CVS now.

This pharmacy is horrible. You can’t even get through on the phone. They have an AI voice that can’t figure out how to speak English. I’m have to go down there in person to try and talk to these people.

The service is awful. Pharmacy agents are rude, medications aren’t filled on time (which you’d think a pharmacy would understand is detrimental to patients health), and for some reason the pharmacy sent in three refill requests to my doctor for a medication I wasn’t taking. They know they don’t have to do better because they’re the only major pharmacy company in Davis. Maybe I’ll try transferring to the CVS on the other side of town, but I doubt the service is better since CVS makes it impossible to file a complaint. Going to look for alternative pharmacies, maybe mail-order.

Management clearly doesn't know how to run a store, there's nobody around and the wait for someone at the front desk was 15 minutes, not to mention their AC is out and its miserably hot in there. Hire more people and

Pharmacy staff (Zoe) so unhelpful. I asked to give them my insurance info, but was told my insurance was billed. Literally was not— the pharmacy receipt has an action notice saying they were unable to and that I could give my info if I had it. Paid full price and will get reimbursed with my insurance. First and only time using this pharmacy

they do not have carts so I had to get one from Safeway. they were busy stocking the shelves. I hate using the auto check outs. I had to find someone to get a product out of a locked case.

During a season of extreme heat in Davis CA the CVS store on West Covell had no AC!!!!! The temperature outside was 113--inside it felt not only hot; the lack of circulation of air was also patent. ironically, my visit to the pharmacy was health threatening. I will never return.
