If you need help, talk to the employees and not the store manager, Jose. I tell him I have multiple packages to pick up, and he says there's only one, but I can clearly see another package with my name on it, he doesn't bother to check it.

I really like this CVS location and have lots of positive things to say about it. This location is in Oak Tree Plaza close to Nugget Markets. There is plenty of parking in a large parking lot, so that part is never an issue when trying to come here. Other than 50% of the time having to walk by someone loitering in the front and asking for money, my experience coming here is always good. I hope they are complaining to the city on a regular basis about someone loitering in front of their store.I absolutely always have good customer service when I come here which I really appreciate. I know that's not always the case at other CVS locations, but I've come to expect great customer service at this location. My favorite thing to do here is to look at the holiday stuff whether it's for Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc. I'm looking forward to seeing what they put out for St. Patrick's Day as I'm writing this. I'll definitely be coming back!

Incompetent billing ... run away!Without fail, at the start of the year, I get told what was a $10 copay is now ~$100. And yet again. Staff don't care and won't help. I know insurance is a pain, but I'm done with CVS. Avoid CVS unless you are either super wealthy or have hours and hours to get insurance sorted. RUN AWAY!

Remember back in the day when the pharmacy would review your prescription and if something didn't seem correct would either check with the doctor or bring it to your attention before selling it to you? At this pharmacy, that doesn't seem to happen and I am now out $120 for something that I can't return and cannot use. I wish El Macero Pharmacy was still around - the folks there cared, were attentive, and knew more than to just count pills.

There is a Pharmacist here by the name of Chris. Description: average height, heavier, asian male with glasses, straight black/brown hair. I have noticed his inappropriate unprofessional behavior for quite some time now, and enough is enough. If he can have corporate or someone talk to him about his unprofessionalism that would be great! The rude, dismissive, hasty unprofessional attitude is unappreciated! I have never has this problem with the CVS across town! Always lovely customer service even if its just a brief encounter!

Incompetent, uncaring, completely disorganized, rude and dismissive. You can buy band aids and aspirine but if you need important prescription medication this store is not able to provide them. Specifically what happened to me is that they did not provide a medication that is life saver. I went before the day the medication was supposed to be released to me to make sure they had it. They did not listen and then it was not available when I need it. They lied, even blame the doctor for not ordering it and gave me a phone number to call to order the medicine my self. Just unbelievable! Fortunately my doctor sent the order to an other pharmacy, so I got what I needed on time. I tried to talk to the manager to make sure he is aware of what happens in his store. He was not willing to listen. I never interact before with such a group of incompetent uncaring professionals in the health care!

If you can get your prescription filled elsewhere, do so. What a nightmare of incompetence on the part of the person at the pharmacy desk. There was no one in line to drop off prescriptions when he arrived so my husband was able to go directly to the desk to speak to the cashier. First the cashier couldn't find my husband in the system, despite previously having prescriptions filled there AND having received a phone call from them the prior week that one of his prescriptions was eligible for refill. Once the person finally typed in my husband's name correctly, he did find the prescriptions the doctor had sent in. He then claimed that one of the prescriptions would cost a few hundred dollars to fill. When my husband said he had drug coverage through his medical insurance, after pecking around more on the computer, the cashier found that it would only cost $10. He claimed the second prescription was not available, but the doctor had told my husband that might be the case. Once that all was completed and the prescription sent back to be filled by the pharmacists my husband turned around to leave and saw that 15 people had lined up in the meantime. My husband returned an hour and a half later to pick up the prescription. There was a long line with the same guy at the counter. When it was finally my husband's turn, the cashier couldn't find him in the system again. Then said they did have the second prescription but that would be several hundred dollars. So, again he lost the medical coverage information. My husband said he'd just like the one that had been filled. The guy went to the back, took awhile, and then came back to say he couldn't find it. My husband told him to cancel the order, he'd get it filled elsewhere.To top it off, we received a voice message today from CVS that one of the prescriptions was ready to be picked up. If that messes up his ability to have it filled by our mail order pharmacy, he will be justifiably incensed.

I have been a customer of this pharmacy for over 25 years, since it was a Longs Drugs store. After CVS acquired Longs, prices have gone through the roof while service went through the floor. Today, they messed up the copay on my insurance and tried to make me pay outrageous copays, even thoughmy copays have been the same for years. It took them over 45 minutes to fix their mistake. Also, I have observed lately that all mistakes seem to be in CVS's favor. This seems quite suspicious (corporate greed in action?}

I would give zero stars if I could. I came in 5 days ago in person to have my cats prescriptions on auto fill cancelled and not receive texts after she died. I had her 22 years. Today, after I received her ashes. I received a text message that her prescription would be ready in 3-4 days. I called and said this should not have happened and was told "I would be happy to do that for you." I told her this was unacceptable and b******* this happened when I made a special trip into the store to make sure it didn't. Lauren told me she could no longer help me, to call the 1800 number and hung up on me. I am in this Store multiple times a week and will never enter or do business in any cvs store again. Terrible service and terrible people work here

Waited on hold for the pharmacist for twenty minutes. Then they just hung up on me. Poor service.
