Private Guitar, Keyboard/Piano, and Ukulele Lessons in Davis and group music classes. We teach people to play music in a way that’s fun, energizing, and engaging, and not stressful, painful, or boring. Whether you want to learn how to play your favorite songs, be able to write your own, get to a place where you can jam and improvise with your friends, start a band, or learn more technical skills on the guitar, ukulele, piano or keyboard, banjo, or other instrument, we would love to work with you!
My 9 year old daughter loves her ukulele lessons with David. He is such a patient and kind teacher. He teaches her the songs she wants to learn which really keeps her attention. It's amazing that David can listen to just about any song and then figure out how to play it together right afterwards.

My son has been taking keyboard lessons with David for two years. They began on zoom and now David does both in-person and zoom lessons. David makes music fun because they choose songs my son likes and David will often play along on a different instrument, which brings the music to life. I highly recommend him!

David was such an amazing and patient teacher. I had zero background in guitar but by the end of class 2 I was able to play a Beatles song! He is good in combining theory and practice to make sure that you're learning in a wholesome way. Great instructor overall!
