Wash and fold is what i paid for. All my shirts where slightly wrinkled as if they where left in the dryer to long. Some shirts where left inside out. And there's a hint of a mildew smell to them. Clothing is clean and service was done within the the time they allotted.

Called the place to see if I could get some patches put on a jacket like 3 patches simple patches no symbolism or political and the person on the phone said yes come in and then when I get there I try and give them the patches and jacket and the lady said no we can't do that

We used this service for over a year, until the owner refused to accommodate us due to a discrepancy about two different items that were returned due to bleach staining. I was very disappointed in the way the owner would not at least offer some solution to the matter, and expected me to accept that my blouse was ruined, and explicitly blamed me for the issue. Very poor customer service and unwillingness to come to an understanding.

They offer pick-up and delivery service, and they provided me one of their service drawstring bags for my orders. Quite practical; helps keep my dry cleaning items and laundry separate.

They didn't understand my request on the phone. I am not sure why they even put their phone number when they don't communicate in English! Using their service for the past 9 years or so, and this was sadly my last time.
