Response was. "They didn't tell us hours of lab operation today!" Must have Appt now....set up on line.

They charged me $15 for my annual check up, which should be covered by my insurance.

It seemed like a specific staff needs customer service training.

Understaffed, 1.5 months to get an appointment with primary care doctor. Rushed throught the appointment, foreign doctor not easy to understand.

I had symptoms of a growing fibroid and they not only failed to recognize it. They put me on a prescription that made it grow due to failing to identify the symptoms. I had to switch doctors and ultimately have 2yrs of treatment and surgery that were ALL PREVENTABLE HAD THESE DOCTORS NOT BEEN SO DISMISSIVE about my symptoms.Had to go to a different clinic to even first get a diagnosis. This clinic and all its doctors are garbage.

The best medical care I’ve ever received has been at Dignity Health Medical Foundation in Woodland and Davis. I moved here as a transfer student to the University over 2 years ago and I must say that out of all the places in which I have previously resided throughout California, Dignity Health has been by far the best medical care I have experienced. Honestly, it is a major factor that I constantly consider upon planning to move or relocate! Not only is DH in network with private providers but they also see patients covered under Medical-cal. They have modern machines, facilities, and online scheduling, messaging, and personal results included within their online portal, so if you need a prescription refill or have a question for your primary doctor, all you need to do is send them a direct message through their online system (no need to call or schedule an appointment, which is incredibly convenient for patients who may not have the time to go in right away or wait to speak to them over the phone!).Finally, I must mention the exceptional care that has been consistently provided by my Primary Care Provider, Dr. Chiang ,and dermatologist, Dr. Caroll, both who are wonderful, responsive, caring, and excellent doctors! Over the past 2+ years I have not had one bad experience, and if I could provide any insight into how great this facility is it would be this: If you're looking for quality care provided by experienced professionals who enjoy getting to know their patients, this is the place to be. I am, as a patient, just as dedicated to them as they are to me, and I hope to continue seeing them well into the future.

All of my appointments and experiences in this clinic have been very professional. The front desk people have been very courteous, helpful and respectful.

Terrible experience. They do not seek out for your best interests. They even ask you to come back in to request a doctor's note even though I already told them about my pain.UNACCEPTABLE!! GREEDY!!

I had a wonderful experience here. I came in for a simple physical but it ended up being more productive than I anticipated- and even got a quick flu shot during my visit. Dr. Cao was very easy to talk to and the blood tests technician was attentive. It's so convenient here, because after my exam, the doctor would just send me across the room to Quest for a blood test. Can't beat that!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I have been with the Woodland Clinic for nearly 40 years on and off. I had an absolutely wonderful PA who quit two weeks ago. I got a letter today which stated they had tried to contact me numerous times which is a lie. I've had the same phone number for 20 years and no one called so they lied about trying to contact me. Called the number in the paper and it was disconnected. Called the main number. After a truly helpful person named Brian got to the bottom of it, he told me I had to establish care with a primary care provider. I stated that I had the same doctor for at least 10 years. He said that since I had not actually seen that doctor in three years but had seen the PA instead, the doctor, Dr Ewens, was no longer my doctor. I had seen Ewens 3 years ago and he wasn't the worst but not the greatest either. Little time and rushed in and out of the room like there was a fire. So I preferred to see his PA who worked for him. Brian told me he was "closed" to new patients. What? I was a patient! Brian said he was sort but he only reads the notes on the screen and I wasn't a patient of Dr Ewens and I needed to pick someone else. So basically my doctor, who again wasn't great but also wasn't awful, ditched my care because I saw his PA. I was forced to pick another doctor and have to go for an appointment to establish care. This is ridiculous and typical of big box medicine. I've written to their idiotic headquarters and complained, so please Mark, don't send me the standard "call the patient advocate" memo. The ironic part is that two days ago (yes only two days ago) we decided to stay with Dignity instead of switching to Kaiser for open enrollment. It's appalling because if I wanted crappy health care, Kaiser was slightly less. Now I'm stuck for another year with Un-Dignity. I'm sorry to say, find somewhere else for health care. These guys are worthless and don't bother with their Urgent Care; they are what we refer to as the Cattle Car at Bronze Star. Simply awful!

I've had nothing but pleasant and professional experiences here. Considering what reception has had to deal with on the customer side, they couldn't do better. Throw the receptionists a pizza party once in awhile.

Had an appointment at 4pm. Showed up at 4:07. (Realistically was there at 4:02, but a girl can't walk fast in crutches) Waited in line to check-in w/ the receptionist. She told me she had to make sure that the doctor can still see me because I was late. It was only 4:13 at this time, so I assumed everything was fine. The receptionist then told me I wouldn't be seen because I was late & we had to reschedule. Mind you, ankle is broken so took me a while to even get ready for this appointment & it's a 50 minute drive from my house. Receptionist looked at the notes for what the visit was & said it out loud like it wasn't serious. I told her I needed a referral to see a dermatologist & she said "you don't need a referral" in a smart tone. I let her know that the previously receptionist (or even maybe her) had let me know that is was required. After walking back to confirm (cause she obviously didn't know the facts) she says "oh yeah, you do need one" Okay, now that we have wasted a bunch of more time, she spends 10 minutes trying to find another appointment date while I have to listen to a doctor, or a provider, or a business rep gossip about patients a few feet down with the door wide open. I mentioned something & she says "oh, she's not a doctor" . She told me that they cancel all appointments after 10 minutes and it's stated during the setup process. That was never mentioned & feel like they weren't understanding . The receptionist was condescending, short, rude & had an attitude. No empathy in this office at all.

I was assigned this clinic with my new insurance, it is 1.3 hours from my home. On my way to apt I called to let them know I was running a few min late, I was informed as long as it was within 20 minutes I was fine. Arrived 15 minutes late, was told by reception I would most likely need to reschedule, I told them I drove 1.5 hours and had to miss work. After the receptionist confirmed the call center told me 20 minutes they let me see the doctor, I wish they would have just turned me away. Doctor was extremely rude and condescending. I have my Masters from USC, I was spoken to like a child and did not get a referral or any follow up comment on my skin concerns. Everything felt rushed, service was lacking, empathy was lacking, judgement was high. Minus zero stars if I could. That is the last time I give Dignity a try, they are awful. Don't go here if you want to be treated like a human.
